I'm very impressed with this robot vacuum. it is very quiet - we run this in the middle of the night with no issues! It does a great job with the pet hair from 3 dogs! The app for the iphone is great and allows you to set up separate zones and areas in the zones to avoid. You can program it with ease to vacuum/mop on a set schedule or on demand.

So far I’ve used the vacuum mode and it’s great! I like that you can control everything on the app and it doesn’t take very long to clean my home.

My only con, was that it was a little challenging for me to sync everything to the app. but that was my fault. The directions do say to move everything close to your router when setting it up, and they mean that!! Follow that main instruction, and life will be easier. The machine works great, it vacuums under places I rarely do, like completely under your bed and dining room table. I'm amazed at how good it maps your house. It rarely gets stuck, and most of the time that's my fault for leaving cords in it's way. I highly recommend this unit, it has made my life a bit easier. I'm 73, and I'm up for any little advantage to make things easier. This is a great tool!!!!

I have had three robot vacuums in the past - one Roomba and two Eufys. This is the best one. I especially appreciate the self emptying system, the mapping system, and the ability to identify "no sweep zones", which were not available on my other vacuums. It picks up as well or better than the others, and seems to be more efficient in its path. I got this at a great price ($240) as a "Deal of the Day"

This is a most- have appliance that you need in you life! It makes so ez the worry free home cleaning experience…! It vacuums, clean and mop in a few minutes, totally lofe changing.

I purchased a previous version of this vacuum over 5 years ago and was not impressed. I will say that they have come a long way in fixing the issues I had with the first one. The old one would get tangled up in cords or on rugs more often than not. This one does a MUCH better job at navigating pitfalls although it did get caught up once or twice. Overall I would say it is well worth the money when it is on sale.

Great item! Easy to use and it really works! Got it running and it works just like it should. I would buy this item again if needed and the app is super easy to use!

I purchased this vacuum after moving into my new home that has hardwood floors. This machine does a great job keeping my floors clean. I run it once a day and it does its thing while I’m at work each day so that I come home to a clean home. Works great on the carpet also and rugs don’t serve as ab obstacle for this vacuum. Highly recommend.

Teally cool maxhine and does a good job. Challenge setting up with wifi so have to launch it manually. Hoefully will figure it out, but wont pair easily

This vacuum was easy to set up and use with Echo. Cleans very well and and the app is easy to use.

Great vac, easy to set up and clean. We have 2 labs that she everywhere, this vac pics it all up.

I love my billyboo as i call it. I have trouble walking to sweep myself so it is a great product to have. It works wonderfully. The only thig that can hender it that i have found is cords on the floor. I have my hall lined with rugs cause we have concrete floors, it will sweep them just fine as long as the rugs are flat and noy laying on each other.

It's nice to have this to control the cat hair in my house. The only challenge is one of my cats is doing his best to grab the sweeper brush! Neither of the cats are scared by it. I haven't tried the mop function yet.

My Bio has been great for my family of three animals. Its map is super accurate and made it a simple switch from a shark. I love the quick clean feature that can send it to any rooms in the house for a simple quick clean. The mopping feature is just a great final touch to the Bio. If only bobsweep company sold their own cleaning product to add to the water want maybe a smell good product. Overall I give our Bio that we named bob a 10/10.

No more pet hair on my floors. Vacuum does fantastic around edges. Hasnt fallen down the stairs yet either.

Very efficient little robot we named him Dixie. I guess we can call him Dixie Bob he does a good job of cleaning. We just it’s gotta be sure and get all of the large stuff out of the way so he doesn’t grab a hold of it.

Love the self cleaning and I dont have to chase it around the house because it doesnt get stuck.

It got here quickly, it's also a brighter green than on listing so its like a sage green instead of darker which I love. It works great, the mopping feature isnt talked about in the manual like at all which sucks but it does work great.

My gurl LOVES it!! Picks up like super vacuum. All the dawg and cat hair .
