I've used Bob a few times, he is very loud and takes a long time to complete our small kitchen area but also gets stuck in the exact same spot under the dishwasher every time. The transition to the carpet needs a little work. Also, he tends to get lost on the way back to the charger from time to time, kind of like that drunk uncle.

This unit does an excellent job cleaning up pet hair. The only issue is that it sometimes gets stuck in chair legs and cant find the way out. Not always, though.

Positive-If you have animals - it helps on getting animal hair up much easier than a broom and dust pan. Negative-It takes awhile for it to go back to its base (charger), from wherever it may be located in the house.

It works great. It is something new. It should be more programming.

We have 2 aussie doodles that bring it dirt from the yard. when we leave for work we let BoB do his thing. Works great. cleans up the sand and pet hair balls.

The great battle of the dog hair. I was losing badly, decided to search for a robot vacuum and found the bobsweep, looked at reviews and watch a couple of YouTube reviews. Pulled the trigger bought the bobsweep. It definitely has helped the battle of the hair, programmed to run during the week. Very easy to set up, the only thing i have a problem with Is the sensor on top gets bob stuck under the couch. I haven’t had to sweep since I bought the the bobsweep. Highly recommend.

This product is fantastic. It is easily set like a sprinkler timer and does a great job vacuuming my house each night. It is great knowing that each night I have an assistant that picks up pet hair from my dog and cleans up any mess before it builds up. I would highly recommend this item to anyone that just wants a way of having the house or office swept, vacuumed, or mopped on a regular basis so that when you deep clean once a week or month it doesn’t have to be so involved.

I bought this robot almost 2 years ago and I am very satisfied with it. Powerful, about 80' running time per charge, enough to clean my 400sq-wide room. The sensor is quite sensitive, although it has a lot of functions, just the automatic mode is enough for it to work. The trash can is very large when compared to other common robots. To this day it still works as good as it did when I bought it, what a great item, thanks Best Buy.

Good for price. Does get stuck a little more than other robot vacuum.

Love this product so far. Giving 4 stars only because it’s having a hard time finding the charging base at times. But would recommend it! Love having my carpets vacuumed 4 days a week without lifting a finger (emptying and cleaning off the unit excepted).

Is a good vacuum,l thought that those vacuums don’t clean well but they did I love it

It gets stuck on a rransition between laminate and tile, and it has a hard time finding the charging dock. But, it works hard, and does what its suppose to. For the price I paid, it was worth every penny! My only complaint other than getting stuck, it has no memory. So, every time it cleans, it seems to have to map the place out again. Which, for my small house is fine. But for a larger home, i imaging it would get annoying.

Great and it does a good job on my wood floors and the area rugs.

I was in store, researching robot vacuums, and the salesperson told me about the deal on the Bobsweep. He said "Try it, if you hate it you can always return it"... and that I did! I returned the same day it arrived. In 25 minutes of cleaning, it got stuck on a lamp cord, 3 transitions (normal in houses), in a corner, and on a rug. I took it back and purchased a Neato D5. It did the entire first level and the only thing it got stuck on, was a piece of wire that someone had dropped (expected). I imagine the bobsweep to be like the original Roomba. Its probably fine if you have all hardwood floors with no transitions or rugs. Overall I absolutely do not recommend this to anyone!

The only thing is it has a hard time getting back to changer sometimes but so worth it .. picks up sand and dog and cat hair great .. love it ..

I ordered this as a gift for my mom since I liked mine so much. She seems to like it, but you have to let it do its own thing and not micro manage like she likes to do! Just make sure to pick up anything that could get stuck before bob runs.

Amazing helpls to keep up and get most if not all the work done in the house

Bob quickly became my favorite life partner. He cleans the floors while I do the laundry. He picks up pet hair and feetprints in one room then moves to picking up my hair off the bathroom floor. He sends himself to bed when he’s tired and only needs my help with emptying his bin and if he accidently picks up nerf bullets or a sock. His remote control is wonderful! It’s fun to watch him do the work I no longer have to do!
