The first few times it worked great but for some reason the trash won't suck out when sent back to base. I have to take out the trash by hand. The in the third week of having it it started spinning in a circle. I flipped it over and one of the wheels is stuck and won't move. I'm going to return it.

Works awesome. Does everything it should! Occasionally will get stuck on rugs but no big deal. Great value for sure. I wish I could tell it where to go on the mobile app, but you can’t always get everything you want. Kids love it

This is an amazing item, excellent cleaning a vacuum. I set by 3 days a weak and my house is clean whole day!

I like the fact that I do not have to change out or fill the water daily. That is one of the reasons I purchased this model, because I have another “Bob” that mops and sweeps but you have to change out the water every time. Sucking power is really good on this model. Why this product receives a 3 star is because it’s terrible at navigating around objects in my house. I figured this being a new model it would navigate better than the older one I have. It does not! It gets caught up on everything. I haven’t had one cleaning session where it didn’t get stuck. On the same items at that. I thought it was supposed learn where not to go. I put in restriction zones and it still get stuck. I caught it on a major sale so I might keep it. But full price, that’s a big no.

This is a good product the only reason I did not give it a 5 as it went back to the home to empty and did not finish my mopping.

I'll have to update this review after a few cleanings. But I did discover that the Maxim Robot has to be on a non-carpeted floor, otherwise it will not dock properly.

Been using for a few weeks. No real problems. I got it as the daily deal and could not beat the price.

The Maxim does a wonderful job of cleaning and mopping our new floor. It’s still new at navigating the house. It’s definitely making progress. We’ve learned to keep wires off the floor which interfere in its ability to move. I like its many features. I like the ability to schedule its work with my phone. It advises me on my phone when maintenance is needed. The owner’s manual is very helpful. I highly recommend this floor cleaner.

Best cleaning performance, I love it. Hair is not getting stuck on the brush

We were aloud to give it a nickname so Fido it is! It does a great job, very easy to get it started and I am happy with the mopping! The floors never looked better. We used to push a broom around, and mop, but Fido does it all, and is much better at it! I have one of the original Roomba‘s and an original Scooba, the wet version of the Roomba, Fido does a much better job. Whenever it goes on sale, I highly recommend buying it. 

Works good, app could us some work but other wise worth the money

I was excited to replace my previous robot vacuum with this purchase. Unfortunately during it's first vacuum session of my house, it stopped working, the left wheel track locked up. The biggest dissapointment is that it took some time to recieve the vacuum and by the time I was able to set it up, it had exceeded the Best Buy 14 day return policy. I spent days going back forth with bObsweep customer service trying various troubleshooting steps before it was finally determined they would replace it. However, they will not replace it until I return the broken unit and it is inspected. I'd already thrown the original box away and requested they send me a return box to ship the product in. I am now in week three awaiting the box to be delivered. I would have just thrown it in another box but was concerned they would not honor the return if something else broke during transit. I sure hope the replacement works, if not, I will be out of a lot of money on a junk product. This has been extrememly frustrating and Best Buy should step in when something like this happens outside the 14 day return policy but within 30 days.

so far its helping my mature mom with the house chores and she loves it. Plus when I bought it was on sale pretty much it was a steal

I've used this 3 times and this is already problems with the right wheel being bogged down. Went through all of the cleaning suggestions and still no good. It seems to be a motor issue. Will be returning this item.

Just got this product and it seems excellent so far; looking forward to what it's like in a year!

It is so awesome to come home to no cat or dog hair. The floor is moped and house smells great.

Makes my floors cleaner than other robit vacuums I have used and I love the mop feature.

Unfortunately I returned this product after several issues with its performance. I will say it is quiet and set up is easy but that’s about the only positive thing I can say about it. It constantly got stuck and the battery would die without it going to the base to recharge. Charging it took hours and it did not auto resume. It started over again. The final straw was when the mop pads came off several times. It never cleaned my whole house due to constant problems and interruptions. It looks nice but the problems make it a hard no for me.

Love it cleans by itself and also very self cleaning to no need to wipe down after use

I have to vac and mop spots that it misses. App is terrible
