Having a lot of issues with my unit. Keeps turning off. Tried troubleshooting multiple times already.

Works great on tile and so easy to empty out. I would definitely recommend to anyone with pets.

I've had a roomba for years with no issues. I tried Bobsweep since it was on sale and thought it would have better sunction. I had it 3 months and it keeps giving the same trouble messages after I resolved them. It's not even working now.

Great little Sucker Lol, habe to empty regularly here in my household but. Easy task when he does all the work!

Love the bObsweep line of robots. Absolutely amazing machines!

I purchased the new PetHair Appetite recently to replace an older basic model I'd had for a number of years. Well, what a difference it makes! The old model did its best but had issues navigating around the room/house, did not hold power long enough, did not wash the floor, etc. The new Appetite is quite amazing. First very sleek looking! Bob started right up on my hardwood floors and progressed to carpeted areas with no issues at all. I had not hooked up the wi fi yet but Bob instinctively knew how to navigate, never got stuck and appeared to follow a more steady pattern than the old Bob [which at times would circle around the same area over and over]. I was also surprised at how much dust and crumbs it collected in its travels. It also ran a significantly longer time than its predecessor and found its way home to charge very nicely. I am most pleased with this purchase for its efficiency, WiFi capability and mopping feature.

Cant get the thing to work tried to get in contact with customer support not helpful still can’t get to work right.

Worked good when it worked. Completely gave out aftrr two weeks.

This is our 4th robot vacuum and second of the bobsweep brand. We got the basic one early in the pandemic and it’s still working fine, however it doesn’t mop, doesn’t map or know the floor plan, and there’s no way to tell it to go to specific areas or stay out of one. We ended up moving it to my office which is all low carpet and no hard to navigate furniture. We bought another one for our attached in law unit but they “upgraded” us to this new model. This is by far better and more advanced. The mapping is impeccable, it knows exactly where it is, and you can mark areas of the map for the robot (not) to do. The container is big and super easy to take out and dump. Overall it is a significant upgrade and after 3 weeks of use we still Don’t see anything that we would improve.

This is my first time owning a robotic vacuum. Always had the hesitation of spending money and not getting the results worth the amount spent. But I must say, I was wrong. This does an amazing job , results are far more than the money spent. I would definitely recommend this . App works good . My child has already named the newest member in our family. BObsweep is a great addition in the family !
