I purchased the Ultravision after buying the Dustin previously. Both are great robotic vacuums and perform better than anticipated. The app is very intuitive and user friendly. Setup and installation is straightforward. I highly recommend the Bobsweep brand.

I have been using Ultravision Robot for over three weeks and it’s being amazing! Suction power is outstanding. If I want to use the robot for maintenance, I can use the low mode which has low level of noise and it is perfect when my husband is working from home but if I want a deeper help the high level is perfect to do it. I have two toddlers and mess can be chaotic but nothing beats my Ultravision! If I need to say something that I would love to have as an extra feature will be having gps to know where exactly is it when it gets stuck and have a bigger trash bag specifically because it can be an extra monthly expense for a family.

This is a great vacuum! It is bigger than thought and does well at vacuuming. It won’t pick up bigger pieces but does make it clean. It goes back to the station. Be advised it is loud when emptying. It is quiet when vacuuming. It does a great job and very happy with the purchase. It does do well getting under furniture and if there is stuff in its way, it goes around.

We are very happy with our UltraVision model purchase. Mapping,Vacuuming is really good. Quick clean could do the job of vaccuming our large hardwood living room and carpet areas in less than an hour spotlessly. Edges are also vacuumed very well. Mopping is equally good. Deep clean mopping spotlessly doing the job albeit taking little longer time which is ok. Only downside is, mopping tanker capacity could have been increased. And, there isn’t any indication when it runs out of water. Rather, it continues to mop without water. Currently, we need to monitor once a while and when mopping happens without any wetness, we take out mopping pad and fill tanker once or twice to cover our whole hardwood area. Overall, we are satisfactory with our purchase.

We used to sweep the kitchen and living room floors daily, but now we have it scheduled to auto run at a scheduled time at night. The house is cleaner with less dirt and crumbs, saving us so much precious time. Mopping leaves a bit to be desired. Theres no agitation or mechanical movement of the mopping feature. Its like a wet microfiber cloth being dragged across the floor. Mopping is only good for picking up stuck on dirt or crumbs, it will NOT clean anything spilled that dried, even if its light milk droplets that would easily come off with a few manual swipes or a wet paper towel. Battery life: it takes 30 minutes for it to clean our hardwood floor area and its usually at 75% battery left, so plenty of juice. It charges really quick and has an auto resume function in case it dies before its done cleaning. It’ll resume where it left off after charging. There are times it misses some obvious things in the middle of the floor, but we dont see this as an end-all be-all so we don’t mind it. Expect to still find specs or do a more thorough clean weekly/monthly.

Vacuum feature works great, mop feature works "okay", the robot seems to slowly supply water to the cloth that it basically drags along the floor. Definitely not a deep clean but I do notice a difference. (I make it mop 3 times a night, and then refill the water everyday.) Also, it seems to have a hard time getting onto the dock from time to time. No idea why since it has no problems with going over my hvac vents. Also, not the greatest at going around toys, it really pushes it's boundry every time, so i always pickup each day after the kids go down.

I have previously owned 2 cheap robovacs, and the Bobsweep blows them away. The suction and app mapping are great. And the self-empty feature is a game changer. I no longer have to handle/empty a dirty dust bin, which is especially important to me because I have a cat (which I am allergic to), so I now have no contact with the cat hair it vacuums up.

I love my BObsweep Ultravision Robot. I don’t have to worry anymore about vacuuming during the work week when I get home or on the weekends. I love the easy use of the app to scheduled my cleaning while I’m at work or out running errands by just pressing one button on my phone.

Bobsweep ultravision is easy to setup and map rooms. It does excellent vacuuming and the self empty feature is great. Mopping feature and no mop area setup is easy

So very happy with this purchase. Works great! I did a lot of research on robotic vacuums prior to choosing this one and I’m so glad on my decision to go with the UltraVision. Amazing how well it works on hardwood floors, carpet areas, under dining table and around chairs..never gets stuck! I haven’t used the mopping feature but I am extremely happy with the power of the vacuum!

I had high hopes for this vacuum but it just couldn't handle the pet hair in the house. Each time it ran, I had to untangle hair from the roller, as well as the side brush, and even pop off the front roller wheel... and it was NOT easy to do with the design. It only auto-emptied once... the other times, I had to pull the dirt / hair combination out of the port. If you have pets, this is NOT the vacuum for you. I really tried to give it a fair shot, but it just couldn't keep up with our dogs. The mopping feature worked just ok, but was not something I was very impressed by. I would have loved to see this with a dust bin that didn't need a bag, or even a vacuum bag that you could re-use. We've had several other brands of robot vacuums and I thought this would be better, but it didn't even compare to our older models by other manufacturers. The mapping feature and object awareness seemed to work better though - and the path of travel for cleaning seemed to be fine. Seemed to get through the house fairly quickly, but was a bit noisier than other models we've had. Even if we didn't have pets, I still think the problem with hair getting wrapped around the brush roll would be a big problem - maybe just less (I have daughters, lol). I just felt that for a "newer" vacuum, the design could use some major improvement and was very let down with the performance of this.

This Bobsweep ultra vision is really great in cleaning. This creates the map quickly than others. And this has both mop and vaccume options, both are greatly functioning . Loves it’s Elegant design , and quiet operation doesn’t disturb sleep . Easily identify obstacles and furniture zones. This has great suction power 8000 pa. Like self emptying station. Efficient coverage and room by room mopping . C as n function remotely with voice commands

So far, I really like the bObsweep UltraVision! The suction is good, I like that I can adjust it from the app, and the mapping feature is great to exclude areas you don't want the vacuum to go. The self empty works well and is a great feature!

have been using the Ultravision since it arrived from Best Buy. I been very impressed with the vacuuming it has done, and the mapping is excellent. No problems emptying to the dust bag and quiet. I haven’t tried the mopping yet but hope to before Christmas. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

This was my first robot vacuum. I have a one story home, so stairs are not a problem for me. Seems to be adequately powerful, and handles even woolen rugs with ease. The mapping function is accurate and continues to refine with each run. The self-emptying feature works as stated. The only problem I had was upon first dispatch, the vacuum picked up a piece of cardboard about the size of a quarter. Upon self-emptying, it clogged the small passageway to the collection bag. I was able to clear it with a pipe cleaner. So I recommend doing a deep vacuuming of your house manually, under beds, etc. before dispatching a robot vacuum the first time. Dustin runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The floors stay clean.

This was our 1st robot vacuum purchase. We recently moved into our newly built home that has 2300sq ft of hardwoods on the 1st floor along with 2 dogs that shed A LOT. “Harry” as we have named the robot, got to work right away mapping the floor plan and sweeping up all the hair and dirt. Initially Harry would get clogged when programmed to clean the entire downstairs in one cleaning. I changed the schedule so Harry would do 2 separate cleanings or half each time. This worked much better and allowed the dust bag to fully suck out the hair and dirt so Harry hasn’t been getting clogged. This has been a game changer for our family and money well spent.

What a fantastic Robot Vac. We just love the way this little guy takes the tedious work of vacuuming and mopping from our weekly grind. Set up was flawless and the mapping feature was easy. It is so nice to see the map and how the battery levels are while cleaning. Our only recommendation is if there was a way to be alerted when the water reservoir is getting low. Well done on a magnificent machine. We have affectionately named our Bobsweep "Alfred" as in the Alfred from batman that's how much we love him!

This was my first time purchasing a smart robot vacuum and I'll start off by saying this thing has some suction power! Cleans my floors spotless from dirt and debris in just one sweep! Battery lasts a pretty good while and the self cleaner is such a convenience. I highly recommend this vacuum for anyone that's in the market for one!

Fantastic item. Clean very well. It does some troubles picking up big items but that is expected. There was also a problem with mu delivery, it got lost but the best-buy team was certainly helpful and I got my order very soon.

Every day I go by Bob what I name my vacuum and mop, he keeps my floors, clean for the most part and I really love the way he maps out everything so far has been working out really well. Mostly A love relationship rather than hate good job, Bob
