Customer Ratings & Reviews

After testing the Ultravision robot vacuum, I can confidently say: it’s a silent powerhouse. If you’re looking for a reliable, modern vacuum that offers great value for the price, this is the one to get. ⸻ Key Features of the Ultravision Strong Suction Power Ultravision delivers impressive suction that easily picks up dust, pet hair, and everyday dirt. Whether on carpets or hard floors, the performance stays consistent. It even auto-adjusts suction based on the surface it detects. Smart Navigation Thanks to advanced sensors and laser mapping, it moves around with precision. It avoids bumping into furniture, detects stairs, and rarely gets stuck. You can track its path in real time through the app. Mopping Function Many Ultravision models include a water tank and microfiber pad for mopping while vacuuming. It’s perfect for light stains and daily upkeep. While it won’t replace deep mopping, it keeps floors looking fresh. Mobile App & Voice Control The Ultravision app lets you schedule cleanings, create no-go zones, and choose specific rooms to clean. It also works with Alexa and Google Assistant for easy voice commands. Solid Battery Life The battery lasts long enough to clean an entire apartment or medium-sized home in one go. If the battery runs low, it returns to the dock, recharges, and resumes cleaning where it left off. ⸻ Pros • Great suction power • Accurate smart navigation • Easy-to-use app + voice assistant support • Vacuum and mop in one step • Pet-friendly and quiet Cons • Water tank is a bit small • Not all models include auto-empty stations • Slightly slower in rooms with many obstacles ⸻ Final Verdict The Ultravision robot vacuum is an excellent choice for anyone who wants a clean home without lifting a finger. It cleans efficiently, adapts to your space, and is super easy to manage from your phone. For the price, it offers features you’d expect from much more expensive robots. “Since I got it, I haven’t touched a broom or mop. Easily one of the best home upgrades I’ve made.”

I purchased the bObsweep UltraVision Self-Empty Robot Vacuum & Mop a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance! This device has completely transformed how I maintain my home. Powerful Cleaning & Efficiency With 8000 Pa suction, it effortlessly removes dust, pet hair, and debris from my floors. Whether on hardwood, tile, or carpet, the deep-cleaning power is truly impressive. The self-emptying function is a game-changer—no frequent emptying, and the odor-filtering dust bag ensures a fresh environment. Smart Navigation & Object Avoidance The LiDAR mapping and object-aware technology allow precise movement and ensure the vacuum never gets stuck. I love that it avoids small obstacles like pet toys and power cords, reducing the need for intervention. Mopping Feature – A Bonus! The wet and dry mopping function works incredibly well. It leaves floors looking polished without streaks. It’s fantastic for maintaining a clean home without extra effort! User-Friendly & Reliable The app control makes scheduling and monitoring easy. I appreciate that my home’s privacy is respected, as this model doesn’t send images to external servers. Quiet operation is another plus—no loud disruptions while it runs. Overall, the bObsweep UltraVision is worth every penny. If you’re looking for powerful cleaning, minimal maintenance, and smart features, this is the perfect addition to any home! Highly recommend!

I’ve been using the UltraVision for the last 24 days, and I’m really happy with it. The cleaning performance is excellent, and it mapped my apartment surprisingly fast. One of the best things is that it now goes under the bed for cleaning — something I could never manage properly before. The water tank size is perfect for my two large bedrooms. Assembly was simple, and daily maintenance has been minimal. During the first few days, I cleared some hair from the brush (probably caught from under the bed), but the upside is that all that hidden hair is finally gone. Both the main and side brushes do a great job and feel high in quality. The mop function works very well and connects perfectly with my Google device, which makes it even more convenient to use. The overall look and build of the product are impressive. The carbon-steel finish feels premium and adds to its sense of quality. Initially, my TV and bObsweep shared the same power switch, which sometimes caused the robot to start automatically when the power was turned on. I fixed this by setting up a dedicated power station just for the bObsweep, and it’s been working flawlessly since. Overall, I’m very satisfied. The UltraVision saves me time, cleans thoroughly, and keeps my home looking spotless every day. Highly recommend it!

I previously owned an iRobot Roomba vacuum for a few years and it was ok, and that’s what I assumed all robot vacuums were like. Recently it decided that it wasn’t going to work anymore. I started looking around for a replacement and decided the mop and self clean would be nice. The reviews for this were really good so I decided to try it out, and I feel like I’ve gone from the horse and buggy era to the jet age overnight. It’s so quiet and fast. Great at avoiding any obstacles. Throughly cleans on the mop setting and the vacuum does a great job. Very fast and quiet (except when the self emptying is happening). I like it so much I have purchased 2 for my home. Convinced my business partner to purchase one as well, and we’ve now purchased one for our office. Only problem is that it doesn’t let you know when the mop reservoir is empty. The mapping is fantastic. In the attached picture you can see our office layout the stars are office chairs and the area with the striped box is a no mop zone because there’s a rug underneath the conference table. Do yourself a favor and get this!

I love this vacuum! It was very easy to set up and within minutes you can begin the cleaning cycle. I have tested this vacuum on both hard wood floors and carpet and It does a great job keeping everything cleaned. Even with having a dog that sheds a lot, there is little to no evidence of dog hair anywhere after purchasing this. The app is very easy and informative about the vacuums schedule and process for cleaning specific areas.

I have been using the bObsweep Ultra Vision since November 2024, and here is my detailed review: Pros: 1. Design and Build Quality: The design and material quality are top-notch, giving the product a premium feel. 2. Vacuum Performance: The robot offers three vacuum modes (low, medium, and heavy), with excellent suction power. It operates quietly in both low and medium modes compared to other robot vacuums. 3. User Interface: The user interface is intuitive, and the multi-level floor mapping feature is highly effective. 4. Customizable Self-Emptying: The ability to set when the robot automatically empties its bin is very convenient and efficient. 5. Additional Features: • Excellent vacuuming capabilities. • Map edit and multi-level mapping functions work seamlessly. • Features like auto-docking, scheduled cleaning, and mopping add significant value. Cons: 1. Side Brush Performance: The side brush sometimes sweeps debris away from the robot, requiring multiple passes over the same area for thorough cleaning. 2. Hair Tangling: Hair frequently gets tangled in the brushes. Unlike some competitors, it lacks a self-cutting feature, so regular manual cleaning of the brush (about once a week) is necessary for optimal performance. 3. Carpet Detection: The robot does not automatically detect carpets and lift the mop when crossing over them. You must manually designate no-mop zones to avoid wetting carpets. 4. Mopping Feature: The mop lacks ultrasonic functionality and merely moves over the floor when attached, meaning it doesn’t provide a deep cleaning. 5. User Interface Improvements: While functional, the UI could be more user-friendly and polished. Final Thoughts: The bObsweep Ultra Vision is an excellent robot vacuum for general cleaning tasks, especially vacuuming, with its strong suction, quiet operation, and multi-level mapping. However, there’s room for improvement in the mopping functionality, hair management, and user interface. Despite these shortcomings, it’s a solid choice for those prioritizing vacuuming over mopping.

We Purchased " Spot " this is the name we gave to our new robot vacuum not fully understanding how well it would work and save time in daily housekeeping. This little vacuum will go over thresh holds that I never thought it would be able to cross, climbs over throw rugs that I never thought it would climb and does a great job of vacuuming all the areas of the house especially the areas you did not realize it would excel at like under the beds and under cabinets. The side sweeper gets all those crumbs that get along the edge of the baseboards. The mapping feature is absolutely fantastic and enables the user to crop out zones that you may not want it to go over. In my case a bunch of wires. It works great! As many other purchasers we bought 2 more as it was so great. We now have to name them and put them to work :) if you ever thought a robot vacuum may work and are on the fence don't hesitate on this one you will love it!

With its sleek carbon steel finish and advanced technology, this robot is designed to make home cleaning efficient, effortless, and even enjoyable. Unmatched Suction Power One of the standout features of the UltraVision is its 8000 Pa suction strength—one of the highest in the market. Whether you’re dealing with pet hair, dust, or debris on carpet, tile, or hardwood, this vacuum handles it all with ease. It also doubles as a mop, leaving floors spotless and polished in one go. Self-Emptying Convenience The robot includes a self-emptying dustbin with a remarkable 180-day capacity, reducing the need for frequent maintenance. This feature alone makes it a great time-saver, especially for larger homes or pet owners. Smart Navigation with Object-Aware Tech Equipped with Object-Aware Technology, the UltraVision navigates smoothly around furniture, obstacles, and stairs. It maps your home intelligently to optimize cleaning paths, ensuring full coverage without repeated passes or missed spots. Durable Build and Premium Design With a carbon steel body, this robot vacuum not only looks elegant but also offers durability that stands the test of time. Its build quality reflects a premium product that’s made to last. Final Verdict The bObsweep UltraVision is a fantastic investment for anyone who values cleanliness and convenience. Its combination of high suction power, mopping capability, intelligent features, and long-term dustbin capacity sets it apart from other robotic vacuums on the market. Whether you have a busy household, pets, or just want to free up more time, this device is more than capable of handling the mess for you.

My floors and home havent felt this clean in a long time. Having a furry family member is worth cleaning up after them, but what if you didnt have to? My dog got used to this UltraVision almost instantly. Its not too noisy at all and does learn the lay out of the home. It went under a space in my kitchen and took a while to get out the first time but it learned progressively what it had to do after it cleaned under there so im not worried about it getting stuck or about the mess that could be forgotten when cleaning myself . The brush on the side helps edges of walls. The mopping, i wish we had a list of cleaners we can use but i put a drop of bleach and it works in making the home smell fresh. Dont take my word for that though. This has changed the game. The battery seems to go down sort of quick but it ia wnough to do my small home at least 2-3 times. It goes back to the charging station anyway. Also, if its running out of battery, it will return to charging station by itself and resume when it is sufficiently charged.

We have 3 dogs(2 small and 1 large). We were having to vacuum minimum every 3 nights. I bought this after reading lots of reviews. It mapped the house quickly and I set it up to vacuum every night at midnight. It takes about an hour to do 1600’ of hardwoods in the downstairs of my house. It goes around furniture legs, adjusts great to moved furniture or items put on the floor. I’ve been using it for 2 weeks now and I’ve noticed it has started cutting down on my need to dust. With it running every night there is much less dander to kick back up in the air. Very happy with the vacuum!!

I purchased the Bobsweep-Ultravision robot vacuum but I upgraded to the Ultravision Pet Version and I love it. The cleaning power is a huge improvement from my old robot vacuum and I currently only use it 2-3 times a week. I tend to walk around barefoot and I have not come across any leftover debris on the floor after its cleanup. This truly is a worry free system due to its self empty feature. The app is easy to use and I really like how I can send it to clean specific rooms or set zones to avoid. You can also control the suction power for a more quiet vacuum experience. I have noticed that it is extremely detailed while it cleans and doesn't miss any spots as long as it fits into that area. The wifi connection has been working without any interruptions. I have not used the mopping feature and I do not have pets but I may have visiting pets in the future that will truly put it to the test. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone that wants a premium robot vacuum with a worry free system.

The UltraVision Robot Vacuum is the 4th vacuum robot we have purchased, and BY FAR the most impressive. What stands out about our UltraVision from our prior robot vacuums is the overall vacuum suction power it has! We live in the desert and have an issue with dust, sand and rock on our tile floors. Our prior robots were not capable of fully vacuuming it all and left the larger rock pieces behind. We are very happy to find that our new Ultravision leaves none of this behind and exceeds our expectations in its ability to vacuum these up! Additionally, we are very impressed with Ultravisions' navigation and mapping abilities! The unit very accurately mapped our house and has been doing a great job at navigating its way under coffee tables and staying off the trim moulding. Overall, we are very happy to have purchased this robot vac and fully recommend it!

I have only had the bObsweep UltraVision (bOb) for a few weeks to replace my Shark RV9. In comparison to the Shark, the bOb has room mapping, adjustable suction force, only 1 sweeping brush on the bottom - but it is longer, enabling it to reach into corners better, and is much better at detecting and avoiding objects and at mapping a run through the house. The bOb is also speedy. It can vacuum my 2600sq ft home in half the time of the Shark. Problems: the bOb only picks up as well as the Shark on the medium or high vacuum settings, which drains the battery quickly. bOb's app is also not very intuitive. For example, after mapping a run through my house, I had to watch videos before I could figure out how to effectively use the mapping tool. The "no vacuum zones" are only rectangles that are oriented north/south, so you cannot make them at an angled entry/exit (see photo). To save a map requires holding down on the "active map" until a plus/minus sign appears. I was not aware of this step, and lost my active map as soon as I used the vacuum in another location, requiring me to remap and relabel. Another pain is that the bOb does not have a sensor to tell it when its dustbin is full. The user must indicate in "settings" how many times to return to base for emptying during a particular run. The bOb is not necessarily adapt at locating and avoiding ledges. It avoided the shower well during the first mapping run, but fell into the shower on the 2nd run. I could wish it would recognize the magnetic strips I laid out for boundaries with the Shark. The bOb is easy to care for, with few filters to clean. But the tradeoff is that the self-emptying cannister has a vacuum cleaner bag inside it that will need to be replaced eventually. Overall, I'm willing to take the downsides of the bOb to get the room mapping. I will run it on highest suction, but only clean smaller areas each time I run it. If you have to pay full price for this machine, there are more complete vacuums on the market with better app support. But if you get it on sale, it could be worth it.

Ok, I have to admit, I had BIG doubts about getting another robot vac. I had a robot prior to this one that I could never use easily unless I moved my entire indoor world! It wouldn’t work on any rug and it got stuck under everything. Enter “Hank”… yes, I named my Ultravision Robot “Hank” (hey, the app asked me to name it, so I did!) Hank connected to my WiFi and I immediately got him on a mapping quest. He went all over the house! Then I wanted to watch the whole cleaning process, so I hit “GO” and watched him clean (far too much dog fur and doorway grime) like a champ. Into every corner, under the couch, across the living room rug, and then emptying himself after! I knew then Hank and I would be great friends from that very day. The next day HE MOPPED FOR ME! I absolutely LOVE my bObsweep robot vac and you need one in your life!

The Ultravision has been a game changer for our family. We have a 10 month old, a large dog, and a cat, so we were needing to vacuum our whole main floor twice a day. Now, Ultravision does it all for us, on an automated schedule. Pros: - Good suction power - Easy to schedule cleanings - Map tool has many features to make selecting areas to clean easier - Noise level is not too loud - Self emptying feature is super nice Cons: - Erases your existing map if you set it down to clean one area without using the "specific area" tool - Roller plugs up more frequently than our full size vacuum Overall, the Ultravision has been a great investment.

I’ve only had this robot vacuum for a small amount of time, but so far I love it! I’ve been using it at the lowest suction setting and it seems to work really well. I do not have any kids or pets. I love the map feature so that I can pick what needs to be vacuumed without doing the whole house. It recognized some rooms on its own when it self mapped, but with my open concept, I wanted to section it off more. Which was easy to complete by just dragging a few lines. I also love the self emptying feature. Set up was easy and I had no trouble. I have not used the mopping feature yet, but looking forward to it!

We are very happy with our UltraVision model purchase. Mapping,Vacuuming is really good. Quick clean could do the job of vaccuming our large hardwood living room and carpet areas in less than an hour spotlessly. Edges are also vacuumed very well. Mopping is equally good. Deep clean mopping spotlessly doing the job albeit taking little longer time which is ok. Only downside is, mopping tanker capacity could have been increased. And, there isn’t any indication when it runs out of water. Rather, it continues to mop without water. Currently, we need to monitor once a while and when mopping happens without any wetness, we take out mopping pad and fill tanker once or twice to cover our whole hardwood area. Overall, we are satisfactory with our purchase.

It cleans very well, the map feature is great, handles obstacles with ease, vaccuums everything especially dog’s hair. My hardwood floor looks clean and shiny. I would recomend this, this is our first bobsweep and we’re very happy. 4 stars because its a bit noisy.

I have been using Ultravision Robot for over three weeks and it’s being amazing! Suction power is outstanding. If I want to use the robot for maintenance, I can use the low mode which has low level of noise and it is perfect when my husband is working from home but if I want a deeper help the high level is perfect to do it. I have two toddlers and mess can be chaotic but nothing beats my Ultravision! If I need to say something that I would love to have as an extra feature will be having gps to know where exactly is it when it gets stuck and have a bigger trash bag specifically because it can be an extra monthly expense for a family.

[Employee of bestbuy] We used to sweep the kitchen and living room floors daily, but now we have it scheduled to auto run at a scheduled time at night. The house is cleaner with less dirt and crumbs, saving us so much precious time. Mopping leaves a bit to be desired. Theres no agitation or mechanical movement of the mopping feature. Its like a wet microfiber cloth being dragged across the floor. Mopping is only good for picking up stuck on dirt or crumbs, it will NOT clean anything spilled that dried, even if its light milk droplets that would easily come off with a few manual swipes or a wet paper towel. Battery life: it takes 30 minutes for it to clean our hardwood floor area and its usually at 75% battery left, so plenty of juice. It charges really quick and has an auto resume function in case it dies before its done cleaning. It’ll resume where it left off after charging. There are times it misses some obvious things in the middle of the floor, but we dont see this as an end-all be-all so we don’t mind it. Expect to still find specs or do a more thorough clean weekly/monthly.
