On my 2nd “Free” Bodyguardz screen protector. This is after my initial $45.00 screen protector and then paying for shipping on my next for only $7.95 and now my third for $7.95. They crack so easy, not worth the money or the effort for this crap. Going to go back to LifeProof or Otterbox cases at least I know when I spend $60-$80 the phone will be protected. I would be will over $100 in less than 6 months with this product. I think a butterfly landed on my phone yesterday and the screen protector cracked. Waste of money DO NOT BUY this product

This product is a waste of money, very poor quality and will break very easily. I will be switching back to invisible shield after going through 3 bodyguardz protectors in less than 6 months.

The BodyGuardz Pure protector is made from tempered glass and designed to be stronger than regular glass, but it is still glass and can break depending on what the protector and phone come in contact with. But the idea is that the protector breaks and takes that damage and abuse instead of your phone. So the protector breaking is not considered a defect and not something that would be replaced under the warranty. We do offer free lifetime replacements so as long as your product is registered you can login and place an order for a new replacement protector.

I have only had my phone for 7 months and have already had to buy 2 bodyguardz replacement screen protectors. I don't understand how they break because I haven't dropped my phone the worst I have done is put my phone in my pocket with keys and pens. I will be switching to another brand for screen protectors but do recommend their cases as I have had no problem with my bodyguardz case.
