This TiVo Bolt was an upgrade to a 10yr old TiVo Series 2 unit. I love the skip mode for commercials and having multiple tuners allows many recording options. I've had no problems with my unit so far and set up was simple.

We absolutely LOVE the new TiVo. Easy interface and efficient amenities. Our only complaint is the color of the new remote (white) and that the TiVo button at the top is voice of color (silver).

Bought this TiVo to replace a TiVo Premier. The Bolt has 4 tuners allowing me to record 4 shows at same time. Also has new feature allowing me to skip commercials with a push of one button.

Works great, easy to setup, the only downsides are there is no clock on the front like the series 3 and the remote dose not have a back light and they have moved some buttons around.

Just installed the Bolt yesterday. Pretty easy set up and good customer support. Be aware however, that this model will not allow you to use the Comcast On Demand or Streampix features.

I have installed hundreds of TiVos over the years and this TiVo Bolt has got to be the best! Navigation through the menus are snappy and the picture is awesome!

Worked fine and a reasonable replacement of Roamio, but lifetime subscription is too much compared to when I purchased my Roamio.

I bought the bolt so I can access the few tivo shows I watch on my phone or tablet away from home. It been working good so far. Just be reminded that you have to pay monthly/yearly/life time subscription from both tivo and your cable provider. the subscription cost more than the cable provider HD DVR. Pro: Portable, easy to connect, good storage, 4 turners, availability of recordings on devices, etc CON: Expensive, the (white) color sucks, *the fan is very loud, the setup takes too long, the subscription is very expensive (the tivo subscription is $14.99/month with 1 year commitment + $7.45/month for cable card from Comcast).

We are very pleased with our new TiVo. It was easy to install, easy to understand on how to program and record shows and the delivery of the unit was exactly as promised. Very pleased all the way around.

Electronically, the device seems to do what it's supposed to do. It was so feature rich, I had to print out the how-to manual from internet. Still a bit of a learning curve.

This is the best way to finally cut the cord and stop paying the greedy cable and satellite companies!!! Great equipment, aggregates all recordings and streaming episodes into on folder. Fantastic!!!

This TIVO works well. My only cautions to anyone buying this products is: There is a monthly/yearly/or lifetime fee for operating this product and we had to replace our old router in order to support this product wirelessly (ok it was about 15 years old but still I wasn't prepared to replace it). But if you are trying to get around the fees for boxes and DVR capabilities with the major cable and dish providers this works well. Recording is easy and I like that you can search across different apps (Netflix, Sling, Amazon, etc) to find a movie or show that you want to watch. Skip function for commercials is the best!

I really enjoy the uses this product provides! It's cheaper than a DVR or whatever kind of cable you're using. Easy to use and smart house capable

The user interface is fantastic, pause live TV, record two shows at the same time. The ability to customize channel selection, the interface, etc. - as good as my Cox digital box. Highly Recommend.

I bought this to replace an earlier generation TiVo DVR. The technology has improved greatly with this product. It makes finding shows and streaming them very easy even when you are away from home.

I'm a long time Tivo user, and have had this unit for nearly a year with great results. Works like a charm and makes cataloging and recording shows a breeze. Highly recommend.

Love the built in WiFi. Easy to set up except if one has cable service and needs to add additional ports, then it gets more complicated.

Product is easy to set up but very pricey. If the monthly fees or one time fee was much less then I would give 5 stars.

Many improvements; can skip complete commercials between program. Apps are now fast. 4 tuners stop conflicts. Low heat, smaller, even the remote is smaller.
