The front axle is not far out front enough. Consequently any significant weight near front of cart will cause the cart to tip over when trying to turn the cart 45 to 90 degrees as the weight becomes unsupported.

Therefore it might be an issue with a DYI amateur. Build quality is good. However, it is easily to tip over on the side if the ground is not even.
