Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st one arrived missing the bag of nuts/bolts. 2nd one arrived complete, but this is not the most heavy duty cart I have seen, I think 400 lbs might be a stretch, it is great for hauling around potting soil, tools, and plants, but does not have wheel locks.

Works well on hard surfaces not on grass

You need another person to balance the back of the cart. I will recommend the product if you want to use it on hard surfaces.
