WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! Bought 2 of these and in less than a year the exterior coating started peeling off significantly on the Exterior opening door portion that opens to the propane tank. It looks horrible. I contacted them just after the apparent 1 year warranty ended, and they said I had to purchase new doors since the warranty had just expired after 1 year. I exchanged emails with the company (Bond Manufacturing), and after their initial promise to investigate my Warranty claim, they never followed up. At their request, I provided photos of their Faulty product, receipts, and serial numbers. After several Emails, attempts from me months not hearing back from Bond Manufacturing, I called them again. I was on hold for 45 minutes, and they said I had to buy new doors and they would not replace them. Although the lady at customer service was very nice, Bond Manufacturing gets an F- for customer service. They need to learn basic customer service and follow up with emails. Not only is this product manufactured poorly, I get the impression that once they have your money, they don’t care about their customers. Companies like this will fail eventually. Quality products and customer service are the cornerstone of good business. Shame on Bond Manufacturing.
