In a time when a lot of good shows were being cancelled or ending their long runs, along came Bones. I only started watching it because of David Boreanaz, but quickly fell in love with the CSI-ness of the show. I have gotten so many other people hooked on the show by lending out my DVD sets. If you like the crime solving show genre with a bit of character story thrown in, this show is for you. I only give Season 1 4 stars because I think they were overly redundant with things like stating that Booth was a sniper - and that was not done subtly. The DVD features on this set are nice - but be careful with the disks, they are 2-sided.

the thing i like best about this season is that all of the episodes are awsome. i was really happy the way this dvd set turned out, the acting was great , the plot was great, and everything about this season was awsome. I would highly recomend this season of bones to every body that likes a good show !!!!!!

I have now seen all of season 1 and part of season 2. Season 1 definitely gets better as the season progresses. It starts a little slow, even taking into account character development. Great story lines, interesting cases and I love the way the characters mesh with each other. I really enjoy this show.

It was a great first season. The show not only has great actors but great stories as well. The chemistry between the leads was also great. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to watch a all together great show!

This TV show is great. The relationship between Special Agent Booth and Brennan is great. I personally like the Squint Squad. I enjoy the sarcasm and playfulness between all of the characters. I highly recommend this series to anyone who likes puzzles.

Love the plots and the characters are very entertaining. Just the right amount of suspense and humor. I bought one for myself and liked it so much that I have purchased several for gifts. Would highly recommend this DVD.

i purchased this boxset on sale for 19.99 it was a great deal and the first season of the show was awsome. If you liked Kathy Reichs books youll love this series based on her characters!

Storys are always interesting. Multiple charactors (actors) are always involved. Keeps you guessing.

Bones, one of the most suspenseful mystery series in a long time, had me riveted to the edge of my seat. If you like NCIS, you'll like this series.

I luv bones she is so sexy. Boothis very funny they are a great pair. Then with the rest of the cast it's just a great show to watch.

I got into the story late, so I've unfortunately seen the characters already developed further, but I love the back-and-forth between Booth and Bones (or Brennan). It's easily one of the most watchable shows I've seen in the past few year.
