This is a secondary device for me. I am using it exclusively for work and more for it's data/app capability than for voice/text. My biggest use is for off line navigation for which I use Here (formerly Nokia Here). This phone works great for that. The GPS sensitivity is perfect for highway use. I'm not sure I would go on a 100 mile bushwhack relying on it but for automobile navigation it is perfect. Next I use it for note taking during client site visits for which I use OneNote. The phone handles OneNote just fine even with Here up and actively navigating. With a wifi connection OneNote sinques with out difficulty. Wifi sensitivity has not been a difficulty over the 2 months I have used the device. Battery life leaves something to be desired about 4 hours of continuous navigation is all it will do with out being plugged in. That is something else that might limit its usefulness in the wilderness. Again for what I do with the phone it is not a problem. Bottom Line: This phone will not replace my Note 4. However for what I need it to do it works well without significant difficulties.

Wanted a spare phone to use as an mp3 player and to play games. Since this was on sale for so cheap I gave it a shot and was very glad that I did. The phone seemed to work well in general but on some games the screen seemed to have low sensitivity to touch, not sure if this was a problem with all the phones or just the one that I got. Nice overall.

I really like this phone it works really well I would recommend it to anyone

This is a great budget phone. It doesn't have all the features of an Apple Iphone or a Samsung Galaxy. I don't expect it to. The quality that matters the most in a phone is sound quality. This budget achieved that. Sound quality is great. This phone is just a small fraction of the price of an iphone or Samsung Galaxy phone. The Huawei Union has 8GB built-in memory, but you can add a MicroSDHC card. It has an 5MP rear-facing camera; no front camera. The battery life is great. I was able to talk on it for a 3 hours and it still have decent batteries left. Overall a Great Budget Phone.

Bought for my 12 year old son's. No problems as yet. Surprisingly fast and durable. Only drawback no front facing camera.

I was not familiar with this phone before the purchase, but the salesperson suggested it and I'm glad they did.

I bought this product for $10, but normally is $20. But for that price you will not find any other phone. Also you have to consider that for that price you will not get the top features. But the features that this phone offers, are pretty good, almost perfect, considering QUALITY - PRICE. So if you are planning to buy this phone i will highly recommend it. But you have to consider that you will not have a lot of space to download apps, although you can have some apps in a SD card and music. Also, if you just want to surf the internet is a very good phone.

I am not familiar with this type of phone, and I feel that I need more support, either written of one to one contact. I don't understand how to use many of the options, so the bottom line for me is that I need and want more support! I would recommend this to a friend who is more savvy or has support!!!

Phone is good for a 12year old.,who may lose it or break it so ok for the price no bells and whistle

This is a great phone for my son. The build quality is pretty good considering it was only $10. Nice big screen. call quality is good. Only con is that there is no front facing camera.

It does what it says. Don't expect to play graphic heavy games or run multiple apps at the same time without it slowing down. But as a phone it's average

I purchased this phone for my 6yr old. I was a lil hesitant at 1st bc I never heard of this particular brand. After reading the reviews I was still hesitant but for the price I paid, I thought y not. He's had the phone about a month now & no complaints...I just wish it was water proof. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase & would recommend this phone as a 1st phone to anyone

Great phone with just the right features for me and a great price.

Got this phone for my son. He plays games and has a lot of music on it. I got him the 32GB sd card, and he uses it more than his tablet. He doesn't use the phone for calls much yet.

For price itvis an amazing phone. Does everything I need n has xtra features loaded on it. Love camera is good too.
