Bought it for our sons birthday he loves it nice looking phone

Very Slow and image quality of the device was bad, had to return it.

This place we paid for insurance and we got another phone, but had to pay money, then they made me leave our device there cause the transaction was already processed, came back to get new device, they had the phone already shipped out, they lost out sim and nemory card.

This is unpleasant because they cancel my order without any explanation. I don't understand the service they have.

this phone is not worth having hard to navigate what you might be trying to change. can not get a phone case or cover with screen protector except online and they do not fit right .

Not a very good phone fell down didn't work no more I've tortured other Motorola phones and they still worked this phone is not the same as the Motorola I have before

You can't hear the other person on the phone and the call breaks up. Phone keeps saying no service.

The Moto line of phones are all good including the Moto Play which I just purchased. The phone itself gets 4 stars. But understand that Boost mobile isn't what they used to be. The company recently had a merger and the customer service has gone downhill. After purchasing the Moto Play I wanted to unlock my old Moto Power as a back up phone with the carrier of my choice. I called customer service and to say incompetent is an understatement. Used to be that once your year was up that your phone would unlock automatically. Now you have to call customer service and they informed me that they weren't able to unlock it and that I would receive an email 5-10 days informing me if they could. Therefore the carrier gets 2 stars. I will be looking for another carrier.

Beyond expectations! Fast response, long battery life at a budget price!

I bought this since my last one had a shattered screen, and I had not insured it. This phone is decent, although I've noticed it pause and lag in some apps. The battery life is nice, although I mainly call, text, or use maps app. An okay camera, nothing to boast about, but does what its supposed to.
