    They keep changing the procedures . Are you still receive an email saying view your pIN number to put more money on your boost account . Now I have to log into Best Buy to look at it . But nobody said anything to me.. I'm just waiting all morning for nothing

    I switched to Boost for less unnecessary charges, taxes, etc. I cant see where the lack of customer service with all major brand servers is much difficult & for less $. Adding a monthly or multiple months has been a breeze.
