    Your customer service was the absolute worst. I have ever dealt with in my whole entire life. No one was helpful at all. The card was defective and I was basically scammed out of my money and the customer service supervisor told me when I asked if this is how it works when I buy an item and it is defective you keep my money and she said YES!! Never I have I ever dealt with such horrible horrible service!!
