Almost 3 hours with support each stating try “X that’ll make your phone work, but it’ll take a half hour so bye!” Each time the phone sim would not work. Trying to cancel my account billing wanted my Social Security number, which was never used since I bout a prepaid card. I offered my name, address, CC number, but they “had” to have my Social. I cancelled it through my credit card. Avoid this company, use anyone else.
