Customers are saying

Customers highly value the Samsung Galaxy A03's affordability, ease of use, and camera quality. Many appreciate its long battery life and large screen size, while some find the performance surprisingly good for the price. However, a lack of NFC functionality and limited storage are common criticisms.

A lot of people don’t like this phone. I enjoy it so far. Had it for about a month now, I got a case and screen protector for it. It’s a decent phone for the price. If you know how to take care of things, I think this phone will last a long time. I got this phone for 65$.

    Solid Phone For the Money

The Galaxy A03s is a solid budget phone for the money. Comes installed with Android 11 though you can update it to 12. It's also on the update list for Android 13 so we will probably get that at some point in the future. The display is solid though it won't blow you away. Standard USB-C charging, standard 12MP camera. The real strength of this phone is probably its 5000Mah battery. Which is insane for a phone in this price range and bigger than a lot of companies put in their flagships. You will get insanely good battery life on this phone and it's probably by far it's greatest strength. It's relatively snappy opening, closing and managing apps. If you compare it to a modern flagship it may seem a little slow though I doubt you will find better at this price point. It's probably on par with flagships from 4 or 5 years ago in that sense. Which is still pretty good if you consider what you're paying for this phone. The fingerprint sensor was probably by far the biggest and most welcome surprise as it works quite well allowing you to easily turn the phone on and off without much delay. The camera is your standard ho-hum 1080p 30fps fare. It will do the job but you're probably not going to impress anyone with it. Still it's far better than most other phones in this price category. And I think that is a good summary for this phone. It's not the best but it is by far the best in it's price range. Which is what this phone is all about. It's not fancy but it does the job of being a smartphone pretty well. A cheap workhorse designed for the masses. Maybe not the best phone for someone who is glued to them 24/7 but I think it would be a perfect fit for anyone else.

    Best value phone for $60

For $60 its a steal. Boost mobile will make you sign up for their cellular service which at minimum you can pay $15 dollars a month for. It is a little slow with infrequent glitches, as well as I find the Bluetooth to not be so good. The battery life is pretty good while charging it is a bit of a pain because it takes long. For $60 this is definitely the best phone you can get, would highly recommend.

Only took few minutes and i was then using new phone. clear screen, good sound, sharp photos.not too big and good battery life. Cant beat the Best Buy price!

I purchased this phone for my 9 year old daughter for use in case of emergencies. I bought it thinking it was going to be a very simple device without many bells and whistles. I personally have the Galaxy 22+. I was pleasantly surprised at the phone's features. Definitely not just a simple phone. My daughter loves it. And I love the price. I ordered it online and it arrived at my door the next day.

Camera quality isn't amazing, but does everything I actually got it to do at a very reasonable price. If you play games all the time and use your phone constantly, then don't get this phone. It's pretty basic, but I like basic and don't need a fancy phone, so this works perfectly for me.

The specs aren't very good on this phone. The phobe also freezes sometimes and brightness moves up and down without me touching it because it is in a bad place on the phone. The smart features don't always work correctly either. Lastly, the amount of gbs in low. If you need a inexpensive phone this is a great option.

Great phone if you want a simple affordable android. Compared to Samsung galaxy it’s slow & the screens break much easier but it costs $50 vs $1000 and it works.

Works great as long as you disable bloat

The specs on this phone are surprisingly decent, so it was a shock when it performed out of the box so horribly. I quickly realized that this was because between Samsung and Boost, an obscene amount of non-disableable bloatware had made it into my phone. It was pretty laggy and a rather miserable experience. On the bright side, I found that if you enroll it in mobile device management as a "corporate" owned device, you can tell the MDM to disable nearly everything from Samsung FREE to all of the extra Boost apps that aren't the "My Account" app and then it's a pretty snappy little thing with an insane battery life. So if you're a tech nerd with a penchant for fooling about with enterprise software, this would actually make a decent spare. My one biggest complaint after debloating it was that the microphone isn't very good. For someone that uses speakerphone a lot, that's less than ideal. However, the screen is decent and the camera isn't bad. If you can get the bloat off it's honestly a pretty decent deal. Even has a headphone jack.

Seems solid. No great lags or meltdowns running Android, perhaps because it has 3 gig of ram, rather than 2. Basic but reliable and a good bargain. Nice display. Good battery life so far (this is my second one).
