This is a perfect phone have always loved all Samsung products.

I'm not tech savy but I enjoy this phone. Previous LG phones were good. However for the price this sansumg 4 is great. Camera has 13 megapix and takes beautiful shots.

I like this phone a lot, it works great. I have had it over and year and my only complaint would be now my battery dies fast, but I think that goes for all smart phones after a certain time.

It does a lot of things my previous phone did not.

This phone is very good and Samsung tech support is very helpful. .. my one year warranty expired 2 months ago and I wish I would've received a notice that my warranty was ready to expire.. I went to the store I usually go to and wanted to exchange my phone and even to get a upgrade if possible due to my speaker was acting up. ..and I was told that my warranty expired on September 2016,, so I couldn't do anything. ..

The phone was registered to Sprint and not Boost. It could not and would not update from kitkat to lollipop because of a SIM related issue. Email was a nightmare. But, I took it to my local Best Buy and there is a Samsung representative there, named Doc, who is awesome. He ironed out the bugs, uploaded the necessary binaries and I was good to go. Best Buy.com with in store support rocks. Very Pleased with the phone!

I had a samung galaxy 3 and love it then I bought a LG style and didn't like it I went back and bought a Samsung galaxy 4 and love it

Ok product but sometimes slow specialy if it doesn't have a memory card.

It is good phone for beginners, easy to use and nice looking

It's a but outdated but the phone and camera are excellent

This phone is a huge step up from my previous Boost phone

Love this cell phone..easyto use. All of the sales people where so helpful setting things up and showing me how to use it..

Overall it is a great phone for an even better price.

Great phone i have not had no problems with it, it runs great & does not lag or go slow, great for norma, or gaming or any other use.

Bought this phone for my daughter, it has everything she wants in a smart phone, and got it at a great price.

This phone got me from Pennsylvania all the way to Arizona with no issues. It runs great and is very fast

While I like the features of the phone, but many problems also. It has frozen up on several occations. For days have not been able to make calls or receive them. Have taken it back to BEST BUY for them to play around with it to finally get it to work. One time they blamed it on the weather. Some times it will dial a number & it will ring other phone but not connect for call. Have also taken it to the Boost store for them to switch to another cell system. Not happy with all the problems. Best Buy also wanted me to buy another phone but this phone is only 6 weeks old.
