Getting SIM Card Replaced

It works for my smartphone. There was a time I could not make phone calls, or texts. I found out it was my SIM card and got it replaced at Best Buy. The sales lady was wonderful. She was a very big help.

Wrong Sim Card

I do not know anything about this Sim card because it did not work in my Pixel but it was the only Boost Sim card that your employee found. When we looked it over it seemed that it was OK. However when I took my phone to a Boost store I was provided with a Sim card that was in a black container and was advised that the Best Buy Sim card in the orange container was for an I phone. Your staff was helpful as far as their knowledge went and the manager was helpful in giving to me a refund.

I purchased this sim kit but was unable to use it because it was not compatible with my phone. I ended up ordering the kit from Boost directly. Unfortunately, I was not able to get a refund and purchasing from Best Buy was a waste of money.
