Primary internet provider went down. Days before I could get service back...this little box was just what I needed. Only connected 3 devices but speed was satisfactory. Streaming did use a good bit of data (normal)...A couple of issues I had...because my home wi-fi was down, I had to go through the phone number listed to activate...after holding for a total of 90 minutes, never did get a human at Boost Mobile. Recommend online activation...that was super fast! Also, I was told I needed a Reboost card to get activated...not true...the website prompts an initial online purchase of $25 or 50 for data...Reboost cards work AFTER that initial purchase.

I was not sure how good this would work but bought it anyways because reviews were good. Needless to say it was better than I thought it would be, My kids both connected their tablets to it and were quiet from MI to FL. Best $50 I have ever spent. I can reload it with 10GB whenever I want. I'm not sure but I think you only have a month to use your data otherwise you lose it. Wish it would roll over....

I bought the mobile hotspot for our family's vacation trip. With my wife and I having a week left of school we needed to be able to use our laptop for half of vacation. The little portable hotspot worked great to get the job done.

My findings were that most of the time,I would have hard times connecting with anything above a single bar. My phone at home would have 3+ bars while this device would barely be connected. The only time I had a solid connection was in Portland, OR while downtown. Even then, somewhat fleeting. I climbed above 1MB/s just once. Ease of use was fine - I had no real issues getting it up and running, so if the connection was solid, I'd be happier. For what it was, it was adequate.

We evacuated to my sister's condo due to hurricane Florence. She and her husband only use the condo mostly on weekends when Clemson is playing at home, so they don't bother to pay for an internet connection. I found this online and read the reviews and figured it was worth a shot. I checked the Sprint coverage in the area of the condo and it looked good. I picked it up at the Best Buy up there, and had them set it up because of the problems some of the reviewers were having. Even the Best Buy phone guy ran into issues. Finally got it to the condo and set it up, but realized that we had to be in the same room as the Warp Connect for the best connection. Both of my sons are in college, so I left it in their room, but for me to connect I had to be in their room also. The cost is $25 for 1.5 GB or $50 for 10 GB. Remember that the GB's you buy are only good for the month, after which you'll need to go out and buy another Reboost card, regardless of how many GB's you have left on the card. If you buy this I recommend you plan to test it and prepare to return it immediately if it doesn't meet your requirements.

After 3 months of steady use, I can describe the ZTE as a device that is extremely reliable and simple to use. The 2 buttons on the bottom control 'function' and 'off/on' . After charging, and then activating on line at Boost Mobile, the unit has performed flawlessly, at home and on the road. You can choose one of 2 monthly plans. 1.5Gb for $25. or 10 Gb for $50. And, you can switch between Plans at any time. I have used the device ( with my laptop ) away from home. It connects to the Sprint network wherever you are, as long as you can receive a signal from Sprint's vast network. Since my experience with the ZTE Hot Spot has been totally positive, I rate it at 5 stars. Enjoy !

We used this for internet during a long road trip. It worked well-except where we could not get a signal. So, I would recommend this, its great for a temporary data boost so you don't kill your phone data, but do not expect to get signal everywhere.

The HOT SPOT device is tricky, it will rob you of the your data because it uses it up so quickly, beware of that, you should disconnect whenever you're not using it, be careful.

Like the ZTE Warp Boost Mobile unit. Where we primarily use had to buy an extended antenna for unit. Great for travelling when good strong signal available.

Overall good product but seems a little dated. The display is black and white and is reminiscent of a beeper.

Really good results with this device. You need to remember to turn it off, though, or it will continue polling with the browser, and eat up your data limits.

I sometimes have no access to good internet. This little device helps me avoid that. So quick and easy that even a barbarian such as myself can use it. No longer shall my enemies go unchecked, no matter where I am. Plus there is no contract to lock you in, allowing you to only use it when you need it.

The device itself is alright, nothing fancy just a basic hotspot. Whats great about this company is that reloading data is super easy. Would highly recommend it because of how easy it is, especially when you have many hotspots. Just make sure you have good service from Sprint in your area.
