THE BEST BUDGET PHONE! HANDS DOWN!

Dont be confused. This thing is cheap. Totally looks expensive though. I will not bore you with details you can Google yourself, but I really like this budget phone. I also have the Galaxy Note 5 so I am spoiled. You cant compare the two. You always need to remind yourself that this phone is super cheap. You will like it too! THANK YOU BEST BUY!

very solid phone

Most impressing factor so far is the battery capacity. 2+ days and still 65% full despite the screen size. Only minor bug is Google Play kept crashing when you typed certain characters, like "s" or "z".. After upgrading Google Play to latest version, this issue has been resolved. Overall a very satisfying purchase considering the price.

Glass shattered on First Day Out of Box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My experience: on first day of use I placed the phone in my back pocket (it doesn't fit in a front pocket, way too big for that), sat down to tie my shoes, stood up and withdrew the phone, only to find the screen shattered from my pocket. I'm a lightweight, but it must have been that the angle in the pocket and my limited weight shattered the glass. Never had any other phone screen crack from my pocket/weight, only major drops. So disappointed in the phone. Contacted ZTE, as expected, response was that physical damage is not covered under warranty. Furthermore, they do not sell replacement screens, rather I am required to have them repair for a fee.

A major bummer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3 months into ownership and traveling for weeks for work and phone just stopped working. Won't turn on or charge. Dead in the water. I am left hanging in a bad spot. Can't be without a cell while this one gets repaired. Money thrown out the window along with money spent on protective case. Thumbs down! also phone slowed down at time which was frustrating and I had only about 3 apps downloaded. Ton of bloatware loaded on phone causing problems and very bothersome.
