    I bought this for my son for his Birthday, thank God I did he lives in Ga and got the charger a few days before hurricane Matthew hit . I feel blessed they were ok and had life on his phone to keep in touch with me.

    I received this item on October 11, 2017 and it was working find. I had a trip planned for the weekend and needed the extra batter life. When i opened it i noticed that something in the case itself was lose and moving around when I would carry the case. Now, 7 days after buying the case, it has stopped charging my phone when off of a power source. The batter pack has a full charge, but when i turn it on, it does nothing to my phone.
