    1 year using this product and I really love it. apart from the small upgrade issues at the beginning, the device has been working with no problem. I really enjoy the capability it has with its android system to support multiple reading apps. its ability to support reading images, pdf, txt and other common files is phenomenal. The best part is its note feature. I can write on the screen like on a book.

      Thanks for the feedback. If you are interested in a 10.3" models we do have 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM or if 13.3" is a better fit we have 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM in the Max Lumi 2. E-Ink tablets tend to be a bit slower than LCD tablets as a whole but the technology is increasing everyday.

    I wish I could provide no stars for this product. I ordered this tablet twice, and both times the pencil tip was broken, so I was unable to use it. Be careful when you order this product.
