Honestly, I don't know what he enjoys about this game, but he likes it, and in the end that's what mattered, though for parents out there I would suggest paying close attention to the rating.

So funny. Lots of action really good story, and lots of lots of loot.

Although I bought this for my brother, I know he loved the game. He played it all the time when he still had his ps3. Great game in my opinion.

Really fun game, very big areas, lots to do, lots of weapons to choose from.

Great game that has not only a great story but many side missions to keep you busy and help you level up. The co-op is one of the best features that allows you to join a friend no matter what level and help them complete their missions and keeps track of you completing that mission so when you get to that mission under your character, you can skip ahead to pass that mission.

The game play is amazing. Awesome story line. Truly a fun game!

I bought this game because it was a deal of the day, and man what a great purchase! Much better than the original, and that is saying a lot because the first one was quite a game. Borderlands 2 is at its best in two player mode. It is great to play cooperatively with a friend, something lacking in most PS3 games. Highly recommended!

I've always been fond of first-person shooters, and the Borderlands games add an insane selection of weapons and loot and enemies, on top of the various player-selected characters available. I've played the Borderlands 2 game for about 60 hours so far, and I can already tell that this one I can replay many times. Get it!

It's a fun game with a friend, but could be boring without another person. After playing with a friend, i feel a bit limited, as in if I play without him, i feel bad because I level up without him and I would be completing missions without him. Also, this a an addicting game..... my buddy and I played till 6 in the morning.....

I have nearly 190 hours in Borderlands 2 now, and the only legendaries I've ever seen were from bosses that specifically drop them, and of all those, only 2 dropped naturally without farming. I've never received a legendary from a chest or a badass mob, never spun 3 vault symbols on the slot machines, and I've never seen one in a vending machine. Overall I think BL2 misses the mark on it's franchise tagline "Bazillions of guns" by locking them all behind farming runs, raid bosses or quest rewards. What's the point of "bazillions of guns" if they're needlessly rare or one-time rewards? It's just the same bland set of "standard" gun types or mostly overhyped e-tech weapons. I'm also slightly let down on the DLC so far; I was hoping they'd use those opportunities to add more standard gun varieties instead of just one-time unique reward guns or raid boss seraph guns that I'll likely never get to use because I don't do raid bosses. Exciting loot is one of the major backbones of a game like Borderlands, and they really missed the mark compared to the original.

This game is perfect for the entry level gamer all the way to expert gamer. First person shooter style gaming with great graphics. Fun to play alone or online with friends. The RPG gaming elements and character class development can make a simple character into an extraordinary character.

I've played dozens upon dozens of computer games in my time & this one holds up against most of them.

Great overall. I enjoyed this much more than the first one. The first game I only played until I got to a point where it felt like it required me to have an online team to progress. This time around it feels much different to me and there are so many guns to choose from and play around with.

Love the game, especially the gun variety, characters, and new challenges. The only negative is that there are some challenges that are almost impossible as a single player, but are not really even challenging with two players. Wish there wasn't such a difference in the degree of difficulty.

This was a great deal at my local Best Buy and was worth purchasing at such a low price.

I got this game for my grand daughter to play when she comes visiting. She loves the game.

A very hilarious FPS RPG hybrid where you pick one of 4 starting characters (6 if you buy the 2 extra DLC characters), and play through the world of Pandora in attempt to take down the evil Handsome Jack (One of the most hilarious villains I have ever seen)

The diverse selection of arsenals makes this game stand out from the rest.
