I played the first Borderlands to exclusion of all else for months, so when Borderlands2 came out I was ready for it. That said, the inventory system is kind of confusing when starting out, and I kept accidentally selling stuff when I didn't want to. The run-and-gun element is great, however. Lots of fun to play if you have some friends hooked up! By the way, I play ONLY on PC --- no console garbage for me. On the PC, the graphics are particularly stunning.

Good character and amazing games. So many guns. Only beef is with the mechanics of how you can't pick up health packages and use them later as after combat they're almost always useless because you've recharged

this game is fantastic... humor, action... character building and multi player can't wait to finish it and play the sequel... P.S. it was also A Steal for $5

this is a great game to play on any console/pc i have this game on the pc which is fun to play on the pc and also on my ps vita to play while im at work

Funny story line with alien beasts to destroy. The villains become more difficult to kill as you level up. Exciting gameplay. So many weapons to choose from. You can play as different player types depending on your style of play.

I like this game from the start. It's fast paced from the get-go. The few bosses I've met have been a challenge.

Runs great on the PC and is just as fun as the xbox version. PC controls are easy to use for the gameplay. Ton of fun as always

Gearbox / 2K hit a home run with Borderlands 2. A great follow up to the storyline and a must play.

This gave struck me as a average shooter, nothing spectacular, get it only if you can get it on the cheap. I haven't finished it yet, but once I do, I know I want go back and play it again.

I usually don't write reviews and at first I wanted to wait to get this game. I played the first one and it was great but I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the $60 on the new release. I read some reviews and I decided why not. I am glad I picked it up. Overall the game is like the last one with improved graphics and a large array of maps, quests, side quests, comedy, guns and immersive game play. I am a FPS gamer and it's hard to find a game that keeps you involved. I must say this game draws you in from the beginning and keeps you wanting to come back to it. I'm at level 32 right now and I am still having a hard time putting it down. There are tons of challenges in this game and it is just FUN. It's hard to say that about many games today, but for what you pay and the replay value this is definitely a game to pick up.

I bought this game roughly a few months after it came out. It was reviewed to be very good so i bought it. I was not disappointed. The game has great graphics as well as a great story and game play. There are SO MANY GUNS that customizing doesn't get boring. Overall this game is a buy.

Very addicting game. It's pretty much a first person shooter with RPG elements. When playing online co-op it feels kind of like a MMORPG in a way. Ranking up give you a choice of which ability to upgrade depending on which character you choose. After I beat it I can see myself playing it again with a different character. I would recommend the PC version over the consoles just because of the graphic upgrade and higher frames per second. I did run into some problems running the game on windows XP though. But on windows 7 the game ran flawless.

I don't usually play these types of games, but I got a 50% off rewards cert for the game plus another free $5 cert, so I picked it up. I am a sandbox RPG guy, so this game kind of fills that need, but the console game ported to PC is not as smooth as it could be. THe graphics are nice, consistent, frame rate stays high even in heavy action. Game is a litlt void of interaction, almost no NPC that are not trying to murder you. But for what it is the game is fun and challenging. The revolvers are a blast.
