The graphics are really good. The story line is not much and it gets a little boring at times. But the extensive variations on weapons and mods are a really neat idea.

This game is pretty short on it's own but there are 4 dlc's. The graphics are what you would expect if you were looking at a comic book, but it gets the job done. The level system works and adds some more challenging aspects to the game. You could literally spend days trying to get the best piece of equipment. There are two things that lower this score. 1. The game comes with a token to download the 4 DLC's. 2. There is a limit of five times you can download the DLC's. Other than that this game is really fun and addictive.

Don't Listen to the bad comments, this game is worth every dime!!! Sure the main story isn't the greatest but you can 'playthrough' as many times as you want and continue get all types of Guns & Gear at the shops! I played all 4 characters with each having different play styles! They all make comments after a Kill, like Mordicia who says "don't like my pet", an eagle that attacks or when he blows someones head off with his rifle says: "Boom" then laughs! Good music to support the play and the ClapTrap Robots are a Unique touch. The Game Plays solid with Steam or not, and online play is fun as well. The main Game has a ton of Missions outside of the Main story! The 4 DLC addons continue the fun and meyham you bring to Pandora and many more hours of gameplay!!! Playing 3rd time through with 1 of the 4 character you can choose. The amount of weapons available is almost infinite with more than a Million or 2 types! Check out game play vids on youtube.com and see for yourself. Oh yeah, Vehicle combat is fun too and you get points for making speed bumps out of animals and people!!! If you are even remotely interested, go get the GOTY edition, you will NOT regret it!!! I have been playing everyday for three months now and still enjoy it immensely!!!

Overall, a good simple shooter. Scavenging money, health, ammo and weapons makes it more playable. I especially like the LAN addition in this release. There are still some of us who don't have blazing internet access in the rural areas. Blitzfike

In my opinion, this was a great game. Especially for the money paid. I hate to buy a game and 6-7 hours later,($20-60 later) its done. No replay value at at. Well this game has some RPG values and has different characters that you can choose from. Each character has its own style of game play, so that leaves you with the choice ,and to me the want, to play it again. Just in one character game play I logged about 60-65 hours. Great FPS/RPG !!
