This is such a great game. The weapons, shields, grenades, etc. are awesome. The gun randomization system is crazy good and fun. The things the bandits and other characters say are so funny. The enemies are clever. This game has a ton of re-playability and I highly recommend it. Not to mention the Zombie Island and General Knoxx expansions, which are also a blast.

I just have a few days and I have not played a lot. I am still working on passing the game. I love the game and the graphics. I having problems with my personal time. I am doing a lot of over time at work and could not play the game like I should. Other wise I would be able to rate this game much better. I am looking at this game and it is requiring more time that I could give to the game. Maybe in a month I will go on Best Buy facebook and rate this game much better. Since now I could not finish the game any day soon.

i think the game is well worth the money spent. there's alot of hours worth of gameplay and its a real fun to play. graphics could be better but the game is huge and the graphics are not horrible by any means. i bought 3 copies one for me and 2 for 2 of my friends they both love the game as well. i also have about 6 other friends on the playstation network that have it and love it!

fun..wekl very fun play it. buyit. hell get it for x mas or hanaka its amazing if ur child asks for this get them it! it is the greatest video game ever! ever play world of warcraft or fable or some other mideval game? well then this game is the same thing except with every call of duty and highrise shooter combined. fun quests awsome guns fun violence GET IT NOW!

Just tons of fun. A really original game. I love the online RPG - FPS. Best game I've played after a year of PS3 owning. The sandbox online co-op puts it over the top for me, GTA and InFamous, please take note.

This game is pretty decent. It started off a little slow because we didn't know where to go, but soon we figured it out. My roommate has a copy too. The skill point system is interesting too, you can spend points (gained every level) on certain areas to bump up stats. No 2 guns are really the same it would seem except for vendor stuff. I am not really following the storyline, i am just more or less grabbing missions and going out and killing stuff. What i found interesting is the 'Second Wind' feature. If you are killed you don't die and respawn you sit there waiting to be healed and if you kill the guy that killed you, you are still able to shoot, you get a second wind. When you are in this dieing state the enemy can't stop you from shooting him, so you can just blast away on him. Seems wrong. I was hosting a LAN game and only one person was joined and everything seemed fine. Then another person joined in and at times the frame rate seemed to drop off and the game got laggy, no one complained though, so i am not sure how they were affected. All the ps3's were using the wired connection to the network.

this game is very addictive. you can gain levels, upgrade weapons, thousands of weapons. id have to say that it is one of the best games that i have ever played when it comes to shooting games. this game is one to pick up if you have the extra cash. be prepared for hours of non stop fun.

Well, As this game is not out yet. All i've seen of it is some gameplay trailers and some E3 gameplay. Looks to be alot of fun. Well worth picking up. It's got 4-player co-op which make a game all better. ;-) I'll be buying this one for sure! Go bestbuy!

I was skeptical of borderlands at first. After i watched a few videos i thought i'd give it a try. It is fantastic. A great blend of role playing with first person shooting. There are an endless amount of weapons. Thousands of weapons. You'll never see the same weapon twice, each one looks different. You can get a shotgun with a caustic effect and melt your enemy, catch them on fire, or make them explode. There are lots of missions to keep you occupied. Playing online is great as well. All the exp and money that your teammate gets you receive the same amount. Its like fallout 3 in a sense but not near as overwhelming. Its a little more simplistic but in a good way. Borderlands is turning out to be the best RPG of the year. If not the best of the PS3 thus far!! Great game! Pick it up!!

There are so many fun things to do in the game. The cast is memorable (Scooter and Tannis are pure win) and the gameplay is downright addicting. You basically go on crazy quests to help level up your guy (or Lilith) so they will be able to use stronger and more powerful guns in order to demand satisfaction from your enemies. The PS3 has some online issues with lagging team members, riding a vehicle online is a nightmare at times, "players met" list is not working and there is a lack of microphone support. These should be heavy issues, but honestly, can be easily overlooked. Next to Batman:AA and Blazblue, it's one of my favorite games of 2009.

How can someone who has not physically played the game or seen it in action on a TV rate the graphics, gameplay or anything? Ridiculous. Despite what you may have read on this page, Borderlands has an interesting, almost cell-shaded visual style and buzz is that the gameplay will satisfy fans of RPG-style action and loot-grabbing. Perhaps in a few days, after someone actually plays it, you'll get a real review.

The graphics are not as "realistic" as other shooters, but that's part of its appeal. The dimented humor is what alot of shooters are lacking. It is not as serious or dark as bioshock 2 or fall out 3 but thats what makes it fun.

Great game. Lots of levels to keep you challenged.
