Pros: - The dishwasher can run very quietly - so far it does a good job of washing - the phone control for the app is a nice touch - the soap release doesn’t get jammed up with plates as it is strategically placed Cons - I liked the silverware container on the Maytag that I replaced better. This one can easily be top-heavy. But we’ll make it work. - this thing was an absolute beast to install. The water intake is on the front, which meant I had to re-run my copper supply line. The drain hookup is ok the back which meant I had to very carefully push it back into the hole so it didn’t break off - and the hose (7/8”) didn’t fit my garbage disposal hookup (1”) so I had to get a different drain hose. There also are three legs to level it. The leveling leg at the back can’t be reached from the front, so good luck trying to level it if your floor height is any different after you get it in the cutout hole. Also, if you just have an electrical line instead of an electrical outlet, you will need to buy the adapter kit for an extra $20. You can see what I had to work with in the photos - basically had to run a new supply line, drain line, and connect the electrical kit so nothing was easy. Overall it is a very tight fit. But now that it’s done I’m pleased with it.

We love our Bosch 100 series Dishwasher . Dishes come out spotless. It is so quite Love that we can sit in the family room near the kitchen and not hear it . When it's finished I have the sound at the volume I can hear it . The drying is excellent no heating elements . I have always trusted and used Bosch it is so worth it . My sister, Daughter, and daughter in law all have Bosch a name we trust

Runs pretty quiet and cleans good. We had it delivered but installed ourselves. Delivery did not include all necessary parts for installation. There are black rubber things on the side that come off easily during installation.

I have been purchasing these Bosch dishwashers for my rentals to replace older Kitchen Aid or GE dishwashers (or even installing them where there wasn’t one before). Over the past four years, I have found them to be quiet, reliable, and with their stainless steel insides, easy to clean between tenants. The dishwashers with plastic liners look old quickly due to the harsh dishwasher detergents. I would recommend these to anyone wanting to upgrade their swag since Bosch has such a great reputation.

The dishwasher itself works well but it is small inside. I can’t load many dishes like I did with my whirlpool. The dishwasher is quite compared to what I had.

I purchased this Bosch 100 Series Model SHE3AEM2N, confident of its reliability and superior quality, based on Bosch's long-standing excellent reputation for excellent products. I paid $699.99, excluding tax and delivery. When delivered, there was a dent on the top, despite good packaging. The first problem was my dishes were left sopping wet with cloudy water, as was the entire interior, with puddling on the bottom. The bottoms of my clear glasses were left cloudy, despite my rinsing them beforehand.I tried the extra heat setting with no improvement. The service men I called were not Bosch specialists, but immediately informed me that a rinsing agent (not cheap) was necessary to dry the dishes. The manual states "for OPTIMAL [drying] results, add rinse aid". That is not only blatantly misleading, it is laughable, considering my accurate and unembellished description above. It also completely fails to address that the "nonoptimal' drying involves leaving a cloudy liquid all over the inside. Despite rinsing and scrubbing my dishes and flatware to remove food residue, using an approved liquid DW detergent and the same Rinse Aid product the came with the DW, they routinely come out with lightly soiled. Unless I leave the door opened for an hour or so, they are still damp, even on the extended cyle. and the dry cycle on high. The DW has always smelled a bit off. I replaced my Maytag DW that was more than 25 years old with this Bosch, and had used it regularly for the 15 years after moving into my current home. That Maytag cleaned and dried my dishes perfectly, and only once had a bad odor, which left after running a cleaning agent in it once. I was so sad to have to replace it after a bottom corner rusted out. Not once did it need servicing. I would rather to my dishes by hand that to have spent the money to buy this Bosch. In fact, I might as well do them, as I always have to wash several by hand and scrape residue from several that have essentially hardened from the heat. The picture below shows the drying result without Rinse Aid, and also the hazy bottom of a glass, which clears up when I scrub it better. I absolutely hate this dishwasher.

I had my first Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy for 5 years and never had a problem until last December and i bought another Bosch to replace I though would be just like it and I purchased it in the store without a sample on the floor to compare. The new one has much lighter racks and a cheap forks and knives basket. Within a few days little things turned out to be problems. Would not drain, Would not dissolve tabs, water nor tub got hot, could not be sure cycle was done, came to the conclusion i had a lemon and needed to replace it which Best Buy did for me.

We bougnt it a month ago. It seems to be good so far. Lid closes hard only down side. Beside that seems legit.

The machine is fantastic, works great, and the installation went smoothly and quickly.

Nothing wrong with it. Just like new, but saved a bunch of money. It said there was a scratch but I couldn't find it.

The dryer does not work very well even after choosing max dry setting. Not as quiet as announced.

Love this dishwasher. Cleans well, easy to operate, and quiet. Need to use the Extra Dry button. Interior design of racks was different from my old dishwasher, but learned how to load dishes and silverware container so all items were secure inside.

It's very quiet..cleans great but I hate the inside racks. They look very cheap and doesn't roll right. The price was excellent!

This is the quietest dishwasher I've ever heard. I thought a relative's was quiet; this one has it beat! It's very easy to operate. It seems to be a bit smaller inside than my other dishwasher. Dishes come out clean. I couldn't figure out the program to start it when away from home. I wouldn't want to run a dishwasher anyway if away from home in case there was a leak or something.

Very pleased. Best Buy installers were awesome. Removed old DW and installed new one in about 30 minutes. Tested and demonstrated before leaving. Bosch 100 quietness is amazing. Have to check to make sure it’s washing. Recessed Front controls are better than hidden ones. Wireless app is great and includes additional functions not on control panel. Lastly, cleaning and dryness are perfect. Follow loading guide and you’ll be pleased with results.
