So far, so good...cleans well...very quiet. Recommend!

Honestly, I’m actually returning it and switching it for a different unit. I was told by everybody and I mean everybody that Bosch is the best. Maybe it is if you buy their high end stuff, but for the price they were asking for this particular model should still do the basic things… Problem one: It’s extremely small inside this dishwasher I mean, jokingly small. Three pans and it’s full. It’s ridiculous Problem two: If the small size wasn’t enough of a nuisance, they put this humongous utensil holder in it that took up a quarter. I’ll say that again a quarter of the bottom rack. If you’re a giant, then that would be great for you but if you’re just a normal person, this is Completely unneeded and a waste of space Problem 3: And this is a big one. It has a really hard time Drying dishes. When I called Bosch customer service they told me well. You can try putting it on the heavy load setting.. And while this helped, If I just have a basic load of dishes to wash and they’re not too dirty, Right or wrong shouldn’t the dishes still be able to dry? So I have to use up three times the amount of energy just to get the dishes to dry even if it’s a small load… Problem 4: Connectivity. Let’s just say that I’m pretty tech savvy. In fact, I happen to be a DJ. I know what I’m doing when it comes to technology. I sat there for 2 hours and I could not get this dishwasher to connect to ‎its app. And before anybody says anything, yes I checked the firmware. Yes, I updated. Yes, I tried everything. I keep going on and on, but I was disappointed would be an understatement. I did award it two Because the dishes did get cleaned. Wet, but clean

looks good & works good & is very quiet only reason for 4 stars is the racks could use some serious changes, or engineering on them, nothing fits right in them, there either too close or too tight together.

Cleans good except leaves soap residue on plastic plates and plastic storage containers do not dry but they are not melted ! Extremely quiet takes a long time to wash .

Much quieter than our old dishwasher and cleans very well. I don't like that for some functions I must download an app to make them work. Hopefully I won't need them

This Bosch is better than my previous dishwasher. (LG) It’s quiet, fast and cleans without issue.

We have owned our Bosch dishwasher for only a month and are very pleased with its performance. Dishes are always clean and it is quiet. Our old dishwasher was over 20 years old and very noisy but it got the job done. We were happy with the Best Buy salesman and their installers.

The machine does a great job cleaning dishes. It has ample slots for plates, bowls and cups. The silverware container keeps items separated. It runs quietly.

The dishwasher is quite and cleans well. App was difficult to set up, (and I wondered why I needed an app for a dishwasher), but it's been quite handy.

Easy to operate with controls on front panel. Basically quiet. Dishes and glassware are coming out in good shape.

Very quiet and cleans throughly it has blue tooth and can be started on a set timer or wherever ever you are through your phone

Our salesperson, Pat was very helpful in selecting the perfect dishwasher, asking all the right questions. We wanted a dependable and quiet dishwasher. We settled on the Bosch 100. A Best Buy employee helped load it into our van after purchase. Once home we found it to be a very quiet, excellent dishwasher. Installation was easy and has performed flawlessly. Thanks Best Buy!

Wi-fi/bluetooth connection difficult, and after 3d time not working and spending an houreach time trying to troubleshoot, have stopped trying to reconnect. Operating manually is more difficult than previous dishwasher - probably because one is expected to use the remote controls. Have to use 'recommended' Finish products to get decent clean. Tried other brands of detergent, without liquid dry, and didn't get clean or dry. With the Finish products, does great, but don't like the smell (which is why we wanted to use more neutral detergent and no liquid drier). This particular model is not as large as others, so loading more of a chore. Different arrangement of prongs so more ackward as well. And contrary to some of the (apparently older) promo for this model, does NOT have an insulation blanket like other models. All in all, disappointed - noisier than expected.

nice compact dishwasher. Since it has no heating coils you can put plastic type dishes on top or bottom with no problems. It is better to run at night so by morning it is dry and clean. It is large enough for a family of four.

The bottom rack often falls off track, and the silverware baskets don’t lock in place, making it hard to quickly pull out the flatware. The handles of the silverware get caught in the slots, causing the basket to lift up. If it clipped in, this wouldn’t be an issue. Otherwise, it cleans well. I cannot comment on any of the smart features or WiFi connectivity, as I don’t use them.
