We had our last Bosch Dishwasher for eight years and my only two complaints were an error code E25 coming up that recently started and the soap door was not opening to dispense the soap. But it worked flawlessly for 7/1/2 of eight years verse our LG front load washer that went through two pumps in five years. This new one is not quite as good as the last one regarding racks and controls, but it is more quiet and cleans the dishes well. We looked at other brands, but Bosch makes a good dishwasher!

nice compact dishwasher. Since it has no heating coils you can put plastic type dishes on top or bottom with no problems. It is better to run at night so by morning it is dry and clean. It is large enough for a family of four.

Love it!!! It was in good condition and only required a few extra things since it was a pre-used one. It was so inexpensive because we went to the outlet that even with the required pieces, it was affordable. Once its installed and runnint, it's very quiet. Others may be quieter but I cant hear it from the other room at all. It fit in our area, and cleans so well!! No streaks or residue like an old apartment one we had. It's an amazing little dish washer! I can't live without it now.

Love this dishwasher! I had been looking around for a while after my dishwasher broke and my friends has all recommended the Bosch and I could not be happier with that decision.

It is definitely quieter than my previous dishwasher. It also cleans very well. However, it does not merit 5 stars due to insufficient drying, as it is not always 100%.

Honestly, I’m actually returning it and switching it for a different unit. I was told by everybody and I mean everybody that Bosch is the best. Maybe it is if you buy their high end stuff, but for the price they were asking for this particular model should still do the basic things… Problem one: It’s extremely small inside this dishwasher I mean, jokingly small. Three pans and it’s full. It’s ridiculous Problem two: If the small size wasn’t enough of a nuisance, they put this humongous utensil holder in it that took up a quarter. I’ll say that again a quarter of the bottom rack. If you’re a giant, then that would be great for you but if you’re just a normal person, this is Completely unneeded and a waste of space Problem 3: And this is a big one. It has a really hard time Drying dishes. When I called Bosch customer service they told me well. You can try putting it on the heavy load setting.. And while this helped, If I just have a basic load of dishes to wash and they’re not too dirty, Right or wrong shouldn’t the dishes still be able to dry? So I have to use up three times the amount of energy just to get the dishes to dry even if it’s a small load… Problem 4: Connectivity. Let’s just say that I’m pretty tech savvy. In fact, I happen to be a DJ. I know what I’m doing when it comes to technology. I sat there for 2 hours and I could not get this dishwasher to connect to ‎its app. And before anybody says anything, yes I checked the firmware. Yes, I updated. Yes, I tried everything. I keep going on and on, but I was disappointed would be an understatement. I did award it two Because the dishes did get cleaned. Wet, but clean

So Far so good...except, While I figured out the instructions on how to use the washer, they were difficult to follow. But the action of just pushing buttons is relatively simple, if the machine will do as I request. So far, I used 'Auto' to indicate that the machine should do its best. Then I pushed extra dry as for the dishes etc. I did that because the regular dry left the dishes a bit damp and the interior of the washer still a bit wet. While I admit the dishes were very clean, the damp-wet is disappointing . I plan to call the Geek Squad to see if they can explain or help.

Very quiet and cleans throughly it has blue tooth and can be started on a set timer or wherever ever you are through your phone

looks good & works good & is very quiet only reason for 4 stars is the racks could use some serious changes, or engineering on them, nothing fits right in them, there either too close or too tight together.

Cleans good except leaves soap residue on plastic plates and plastic storage containers do not dry but they are not melted ! Extremely quiet takes a long time to wash .

Our salesperson, Pat was very helpful in selecting the perfect dishwasher, asking all the right questions. We wanted a dependable and quiet dishwasher. We settled on the Bosch 100. A Best Buy employee helped load it into our van after purchase. Once home we found it to be a very quiet, excellent dishwasher. Installation was easy and has performed flawlessly. Thanks Best Buy!

We have owned our Bosch dishwasher for only a month and are very pleased with its performance. Dishes are always clean and it is quiet. Our old dishwasher was over 20 years old and very noisy but it got the job done. We were happy with the Best Buy salesman and their installers.

Much quieter than our old dishwasher and cleans very well. I don't like that for some functions I must download an app to make them work. Hopefully I won't need them

The machine does a great job cleaning dishes. It has ample slots for plates, bowls and cups. The silverware container keeps items separated. It runs quietly.

The dishwasher is quite and cleans well. App was difficult to set up, (and I wondered why I needed an app for a dishwasher), but it's been quite handy.

Cleans well. Exceptionally quiet. Only flaw is the design of the tray, which makes loading more difficult than it should be.

Really like the features, with the app i can set the dishwasher according to how dirty the dishes are, also it’s gets the glasses, plates and cutlery cleaner then my previous dishwasher. Install was very easy

I love how this dishwasher cleans It is night and day better than my previous dishwasher The only thing i don’t like is the size of the basket holes for silverwear because my silverwear doesnt fit in all of them

Hard to open the door. Also, very difficult to figure out where to place the dishes. Cleans very well & is quiet.
