The dishwasher left a film or residue on the dishes after every wash. I tried every cycle and also used the exact dishwashing tablets & finishing rinse as suggested by the manufacturer. I had to end up returning it.

Broke 1 year and 1 month out from the purchase date and neuther Best Buy nor Bosch will stand behind their product. Made so you cannot fix it unless you pay essentially the price of a new machine in labor and materials. Horrendous product. Do yourself a favor and just DO NOT get it.

Not a good product

Did a lot of reasearch on dishwashers and this one had gotten great reviews so I ordered on only to have it delivered hooked up and after check all breaker the dishwasher wouldn't even power up. Contacted Best buy to exchange it only to be told that after a month from the first order that a new one would be delayed even longer. Highly disappointed in Bosch couldn't even make sure we got a working product.
