This refrigerator has been a huge disappointment from the first day. The ice water temperature display did not want to calibrate to start using these features, no help from customer service at best buy or bosch. Figured out on my own to unplug and plug it back in. Two days later at 2 am an alarm started going off, took an hour and after it went off multiple times it finally stopped. Repair came out a week later decided to order a new computer board for it, found out a week after that, that parts cant be ordered. Alarm periodically keeps going off. Now ice maker does not work. I am returning the fridge and have chosen a different brand.

We absolutely love it. It is so much better than our old GE side by side.

So far, I’m loving this refrigerator. Been loyal to Whirlpool for over 40 years, but they are just not what they used to be.

Love the look, also I havehad a Bisch Dishwasher for 23 years with out 1 problem. Im hoping this is made with the same HIGH QUALITY parts.

The refrigerator isn’t working properly day it was delivered. Have a warranty service call it’s taken two weeks just to get someone here. Not sure what it needs to fix. Very unsatisfactory

Well made. Ample shelves. Freezer is large. Ice made quickly.

Its a counter depth but really spacious, we upgraded from side by side to top down. This one is much better with storage. Nice design with no handle give a nice clean look

So far, very good. Only issue seems to be with installation. Door does not swing closed. You have to push door closed.most likely the installers got lazy. Must call Best Buy to figure out what to do next. Small issue with fitting in multiple half/gallon sized jugs. Learning how to fit everything is a job.

Very polite delivery men. Fridge arrived on schedule and installed completely. An explanation of the features showed how everything about this fridge worked. No extra packing was left at our site.

This a excellent grade Refrigerator at a reasonable price. Just remember this is entry level for Bosch and does not have the 2 compressors like their next step up model. I am very pleased with simplicity and bottom drawer freezer.

I am really enjoying the product so far. The space inside is so workable. My husband enjoys the crushed ice feature.
