We were told installation was included...asked sales person a number of times and were told that YES, I I stall action is included. Waited 25 days to get microwave; according to our sales person that was the first installation date open. When microwave was delivered we were told that they don't install them...that would be through someone else and the cost is $120. Told them to take the microwave back to the store! Ordered from Sears and got excellent customer service!!!

Would never recommend this to anyone. Also best buy took forever to acknowledge they messed up. Lost a customer for life.

Great microwave, easy to use, love the blue light inside, and it is very quiet.

Love it. Works great. The installer was professional and I would recommend Best Buy for anything you need.

I purchased for quality, Bosch name. Used once/day average. The handle broke off: the lower site of attachment is just plastic, it snapped off. I attempted to hold it with gorilla glue, which did not work. The repair man says it is not repairable, go purchase a new one. Very disappointing, will never purchase again

We purchased this microwave to replace the broken GE Cafe series, which was twice more expensive and broke twice during 5 year use period (last problem was broken keyboard, which require to replace whole computer and estimate for that was more than new Bosch 300 MW). We really like Bosch 300 MW - it is more quiet than GE, better looking. Ventilation works better. And it is twice less expensive!

The over-range microwave works great and looks very nice, too. So far we are very satisfied. The only thing we noticed is the grease stain looks more obvious on this black panel than our previous white one.

It's one of the good Over the Reange Microwave. Powerful for heat and hood fan.
