Very sleek design. Non complicated installation. Large capacity. Would have liked the key pad to light up to be able to see at night. Other than that I’m bery satisfied with the microwave.

I purchased a Bosch stove and wanted to have a consistent look and feel to the microwave as it sits over the oven. I like the capacity and easy of use. The control/operation pad is black and writing pretty small. But once I had a feel for where the start/reheat/light, etc buttons were positioned on the pad, the rest is history. A bit pricy but love the look with the stove.

I bought all Bosch appliances when I redesigned my kitchen, so far my my double oven is broke... Geek Squad suggested I buy another (Not Bosch) and this microwave handle just broke for the second time. It's held on by a weak piece of plastic. If you google Bosch Microwave Handle Repair you'll get several hits. I will NEVER buy another Bosch Product. I have to buy a new double oven AND a new microwave, because I can't put anymore money into repairing these products.

Enjoy the functional microwave, our second unit, chosen for a unified Bosch look in the kitchen. The initial unit seemed defective, possibly due to mishandling during installation. It malfunctioned within a year and the warranty expired just as it turned two. Despite seeking repairs from Best Buy, the unit remained non-functional. Hence, a new unit was purchased, which currently works excellently and quietly. However, concerns remain about its long-term reliability.

Bosch products are known world-wide for their excellence. I wish I could say the same for the microwave. There is a learning curve. The print on touch icons should have backlighting...very small and hard to read...or print should be larger. The door window has a black mesh making it difficult to monitor the dish or food product inside while it is on and rotating.

easy to use and works well for my needs. The style and led lightning are wonderful.

I miss the melt and soften feature my previous microwave had.

Minus a star because it would be better for me if the numbers were back-lit or easier to read.

I did quite a bit of research before I bought the Bosch brand. We love our new microwave. Easy to use, and easy to install.

Our new Bosch microwave works like a dream. It has streamlined functions and is extremely quiet.

I gave this 3 stars but probably deserved 2. We bought a 4 year old house with Bosch appliances. This microwave blew out in the first 4 years of owning it. (on top of that our Bosch refrigerator doors are not aligned, oven takes forever to heat up etc.). Since I've read many reviews with the same problem I'd think twice about purchasing this product. PS: This is no reflection on BestBuy - they we very helpful all along the way through delivery delays due to supply chain issues.

Expensive microwave but great build quality. In general love Bosh products as they tend to be well build and last for many years.

The presets are useful and once familiar save time and improve quality of experience. The rotating tray is easy to clean up spills.

This microwave was the only one that had the exact dimensions of the one we were replacing. Really did not want to spend this much but it fit perfectly.
