Poor Sales employee knowledge
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were told installation was included...asked sales person a number of times and were told that YES, I I stall action is included. Waited 25 days to get microwave; according to our sales person that was the first installation date open. When microwave was delivered we were told that they don't install them...that would be through someone else and the cost is $120. Told them to take the microwave back to the store! Ordered from Sears and got excellent customer service!!!

Handle broke off!

The handle broke off: the lower site of attachment is just plastic, it snapped off. I attempted to hold it with gorilla glue, which did not work. The repair man says it is not repairable, go purchase a new one. Very disappointing, will never purchase again

Very good microwave for its price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this microwave to replace the broken GE Cafe series, which was twice more expensive and broke twice during 5 year use period (last problem was broken keyboard, which require to replace whole computer and estimate for that was more than new Bosch 300 MW). We really like Bosch 300 MW - it is more quiet than GE, better looking. Ventilation works better. And it is twice less expensive!

Great microwave

The only thing we noticed is the grease stain looks more obvious on this black panel than our previous white one.
