Who you sub contract oyt to dor permits and bringing up to code sucks. The 4th time after a month and me getting the owner involved my dishwasher was complete. I wont buy from you again even tho the products are good.

Why does it have a garden hose threaded water connection? Who has a garden hose faucet under their sink? No one. Is that a thing in Germany?

It is very quiet and am surprised how much actual space inside considering it is only the 18". My dishes come out squeaky; seriously they squeak from the wash. I do recommend cascade for the washer.... it was very easy to connect the lines to the disposal and the hot water, I did it myself and I did have a licensed plumber to come by and check my work....turned out fine.

The first unit arrived damaged but Best buy was very very good about replacing it quickly and easily with a new one.

Finally someone came out iinApril and told me they could not install. Called a plumber and he had no problem installing. Best Buys sub contractors suck. Will never purchase from them again. Could not even get a manager to speak to me. When calling I could only get a third party to talk to and they were no help.
