Very nice fridge . Fits exactly in my kitchen. Beautiful color and doesn’t make fingerprints. What I like best is that produce stays fresh longer than any other fridge that I previously had and creates ice really fast plus spacious bins

For Pros, It's nice looking for trend open style living dining, and kitchen area, Bosch would create fancy kitchen. It creates ice very quickly. The water and ice server is lit up with LED and very modern. Since freezer door is auto closure, you don't need to push hard. Wifi tells your phone about the ice bin full or open door, temp warning etc. The temp is very stable and a compressor is very quiet, almost no sound at all. For cons, The ice is white color, not crystal looking. The right side door need to be push to close.

Great looking refrigerator. Keeps food cold and has an app you can use where it alerts your phone if the door is left ajar. Ice maker is really fast and I love the water and ice maker on the outside. Only complaints are slight: ice maker is kind of loud when it drops the ice, the left side drawer in refrigerator can't be opened unless both outer doors are open.

This is our first Bosch appliance and so far, so good! I love the sleek look, and the lighting on the inside! The wider, counter depth fridge makes it so easy to see everything inside. Nothing gets buried behind other items! The door shelves are good sized too.

We have had best buy out five times to repair this refrigerator. The circuit board, the motherboard and then the door flap. Since this is a BRAND NEW refrigerator this is unacceptable. We had this installed last October and it has been nothing but a problem. We have been out of ice and water for 6 weeks for these repairs but now with the last repair the code went to E2 and the whole refrigerator stopped working. Just had a big Sams and grocery trip and woke up to food that had spoiled! I am looking to just replace this lemon but so far have not had luck even after all the "repairs". For a $3000 refrigerator it is a piece of junk!!

Overpriced, but good quality so far. The ice maker is a little slow when using the door controls. You're really paying for the looks here. I would have shopped around more if COVID didn't disrupt all of the supplies... Kind of hard to live without a fridge for too long.

Overall the refrigerator does what it's supposed to do - keep food at the appropriate temperature. I am disappointed in the design in that it does not come with level adjustments for the front and back. I have a slightly uneven floor and the back of the refrigerator does not adjust which results in the doors not staying open. Also the drawers are difficult to open and close and require two hands.

Bought this to replace my Kitchenaid that was a lemon. Great fridge, super fast ice maker, but drawers are “cheap” and don’t roll smoothly like the Kitchenaid. I love the alerts to my phone. I never have issues opening the doors (door flap). Lots less storage in fridge and freezer because it’s counter depth. Seems well made. No issues so far. I would have bought the 800 model but it was too tall for my cabinets.

Do not buy this refrigerator! Purchased in October; ice maker never worked well and was quite loud when it did. Quit working entirely approximately 2 months ago. Service tech has been here no less than 4 times, without all the proper/possible parts each time. It has simply been a trial & error exercise each time with several weeks in between each unsuccessful visit. The last visit should have been with a replacement in hand as he said that was the last possible option to repair it. And...so, what happened? He arrived - with no memory of the prior times - and without a new icemaker. And the reason...after he had to do research...is that the ice maker is on backorder. So, "you will have to call the customer service number to schedule the next service appt when the ice maker is back in stock, ma'am". So, today I call only to be told that the ice maker won't be in until August. So, essentially, no ice for the better part of the first year of ownership, with little concern whatsoever how ridiculous this is - - given the price and that the next few months are the hottest of the year when the ice maker is used frequently. I suggested they simply replace my refrigerator since those are not on back-order and we will see...I get to forward my receipt to a no-name email and hope that it actually goes to a responsible party to be dealt with. It is absolutely unacceptable that we pay as much as we do for Bosch - only to have this lack of quality and service. I have had much better luck with many other appliance brands. Separately, the right side door doesn't shut unless pushed rather hard and I am told that is how it should work - which simply means that this refrigerator cannot be used in a household with children as they would never manage to ensure it is closed. And...funny thing...the alarm sounds when I have both doors open while unloading groceries into the fridge...when it is totally obvious that the doors are open, but the alarm is not triggered when the right side door sits within an inch of being closed, but is not. I could go on about the numerous design flaws as well, but it would be a useless exercise and wasted time. I am quite convinced that nothing will come of this...and I will wait until August and there will be another excuse at that time. The good news is that after a year, Best Buy will take over the issues and I have had nothing but excellent service from BB over the years.

Was not originally looking for a counter depth fridge but, since we have a small kitchen, decided to down-size when our standard depth Frigidaire broke down. Overall, we haven’t noticed that much difference. Less waste as things don’t get lost in the back and we’re much better about staying on top of using up our fresh produce. My favorite thing is how incredibly quiet it is….the only time I hear it, is when water is dispensing into the ice maker.

Looks great, well built, overall we are satisfied. There are two things though that stop this being 5 stars - the middle shelf on the left hand door is too low - every time I go to get a milk/juice carton out of the lower shelf it hits the middle shelf, this could be understandable if they had squeezed more shelves in but there is a huge gap above the middle shelf and considering it is only a couple of inches deep you couldn't use that space anyway. Second, the right hand door takes too much force too close. Unless you are firm it stays slightly open, Its a french door fridge so there is anyways going to be one door that needs more force than the other but with this fridge it is way more than our old samsung

Decided to wait a couple of months before writing the review so I know how it functions 'broken in". The refrigeration part is extremely quiet but gets loud when drawing in water to create ice. Space layout is great compared to our previous whirlpool fench door when it comes to storing large dishes. Also we have to be mindful of how much we store on the doors due to it causing issues to freely close.

At first I loved this refrigerator but within about 2 months the ice maker stopped making ice and gave error code E2. We had to wait a few weeks for a Bosch repair person to replace the ice machine. It worked for about 2 weeks and broke again. No ice and a very loud knocking sound that was heard at all hours. This time we aired one month for a repair person to replace the ice maker. Within one week, the 2nd ice maker stopped producing ice, the knocking sounds returned and the E2 error code was back. Now we are asking for a completely new refrigerator and have been waiting on a reply from Bosch for over 2 weeks. If this is not rectified I will never purchase another Bosch product.

Purchased this Bosch refrigerator to replace an older LG. We had BestBuy services come out and measure the space and make recommendations. We really like the in home consulting services. We setup an installation of new and disposal of the old refrigerator. It was very easy and fast. The Bosch is very quite and keeps the food cold and veggies crisp. We really like the crushed ice feature. It provides a very clean look in our kitchen.

I would give this a 0 rating if that were an option. Not only did we have to have the entire ice maker replaced within a year of purchasing this refrigerator, but less than a year into our second ice maker, we are having issues with the new one. Keep in mind that before they would replace the ice maker entirely, we had to have the ice maker serviced multiple times. Each time we were without ice production for days, sometimes weeks. We now go without ice production at least one day a week. I expect the ice maker to last more than a year at this price point. In fact, we purchased this particular refrigerator because it was supposed to have fast ice production and because I thought Bosch was a good appliance manufacturer. Based on this experience, I would never purchase another Bosch appliance.

Great looking and very roomy. We upgraded from a 7 year old much larger, working Samsung. Despite being counter depth and the old one sticking out in the room it qas so large the Bosch holds more. Great engineering inside.
