I've owned a Bosch dishwasher before and loved it! This one is super quiet, cleans great and energy efficient. Saved about $250 by buying a display model. Only downside is that I had to purchase the electrical connector and water hose separately, but that was not a "deal breaker". Highly recommend!

I love this washer - we went from a Samsung to this and it’s phenomenal. Our glasses are so shiny and everything just feels a lot cleaner. My only complaint is that plasticware doesn’t dry very well, which we read might be an issue. We just take those out last and let them air dry.

Extremely quite and is amazing cleaning even if some food left on the dish. Has a red light that shines on the floor when running.

This is my 4th Bosch dishwasher so I have a long history with the product. I've used this new dishwasher for about two weeks and so far it is cleaning fairly well. Two observations I have is the racks and the utensil basket. First, compared to previous models the dishwasher rolling racks don't roll as smoothly. They feel a bit flimsy compared to the heft of previous models. Initially the top (3rd rack) wobbled midway when pulled out but it seems that has resolved itself. My biggest disappointment is the utensil basket, which is half the size of my previous model. For those of us who prefer to chuck utensils into a basket rather than place them one by one in the third rack, the size of this basket falls way short. Fortunately, I had a bigger basket from my old model that I kept and am using. Unfortunately, the way it has to fit takes up precious plate room. Previous models had a much better plate configuration in the bottom rack and much more flexibility with prongs that could be adjusted flat. What can I say? I think sometimes products that were excellent get tweaked and adjusted and lose their excellence. This one works just fine; I just feel some great things were lost in a redesign.

We love this dishwasher. We live in an area that has hard water and don't have a water softener. We had glasses and cups that had hard water stains on them. One wash in this and they were gone! The plastic cups looked brand new! The third rack is very convenient, we put most of the flatware there. It's very quiet too.

I read all sorts of reviews for months and finally settled on the splash and I am not disappointed whatsoever great looking gets the dishes are clean there is a little water. It doesn’t seem to drive like our old dishwasher, but that seems to be the case with all the new ones, but the two young gentleman that came to install that were excellent. They have the work done in about an hour excellent service.

Love it. After a few months of use, the top rack was removed we weren’t using it as much as we thought we would.

I love this dishwasher so far! It works so well. It is quiet and all my dishes are sparkly clean. Exactly what we needed.

Nice dishwasher. Good thing for the light indicator that shines on the floor. Because you can't tell when the machine is running!

The Bosch dishwasher is the quietest dishwasher we have ever had. Dishes come out sparkling clean. I would highly recommend this product.

The Bosch 500 is so quiet, the only way I can tell that it is on is by the light it projects on the floor. I love the interior layout and easy to clean filter.

Washes well but not as quiet as expected and drying function does not work as well as the machines will heating coils

I was looking forward to this dishwasher being delivered! I have previously owned a Bosch dishwasher and loved how quiet and efficient they are. I was really sad I had to cancel my delivery, my ship date for this particular white Bosch dishwasher kept getting delayed over three months out and possibly longer. We wanted white as it matched our other new appliances so getting a different color was not an option. We needed a dishwasher as ours went out in our home so we went with another brand.

Third rack is very convenient and the ability to adjust the height of the second rack was a bonus I did not expect. It cleans very well and it’s super quiet- I’ve interrupted cycles on accident because I couldn’t tell it was on. Best Buy did a great job with delivery and installation. Im very happy with the purchase.

I have always been someone who purchased the cheapest appliance. I finally bought one of the better ones and it is nice but I think I expected more. 3rd rack and adjustable 2nd rack are very nice. Only 1 silverware tray is annoying. Really for 1k I can't have a second silverware basket? Dishes come out spotless. They are mostly dry except for bottoms of cups. Door is stiff to operate and you have to remove the dishwasher to adjust the tension. Overall very nice I guess I just expected better.

I was replacing my Bosch with another Bosch as they have been so reliable - and although I was going from an 800 series to a 500 series, the change is unnoticeable. This has a feature for the dishes to finish drying with a self-release or self-open feature and that is my favorite part of it. No more wet dishes.

Mediocre at best. The AutoAir feature doesn't really help with drying the dishes. Silverware in the third rack often don't get cleaned, requiring a second wash. The sanitize light, which is suppose to light when the dishes have been sanitized, has never come on. Not sure if it's actually sanitizing the dishes, especially the baby bottles. The related app is confusing to use. The tongs in the racks are spaced to closely together, making it difficult to stack bowls. Coffee mugs with bottom indentations and plastics never get completely dried, whether you use the AutoAir feature or not. It is quiet when running.

extremely quiet! Super easy to install. I'm used to a large silverware basket, but OH, it's recommended to use the top rack...which turns out to be better for cleanliness, and no more bending over or losing the silverware in the bottom of the DW. Love it
