Just as pictured. Lots of storage space in both the fridge and freezer and it’s so quiet. I agree with some of the other reviewers that it could use a little more light and that the door alarm could be a little louder but neither of those things really bother me. I’m very happy with it and would recommend it highly.

Beautiful fridge! It’s deep! Freezer a little small. Very small ice cube capacity. All that said, I would buy again.

Just over a month in service, so this is a rather early review (hopefully doesn't jinx us! ;-), however so-far-so-good. It's operating perfectly & we're very pleased. Initially was only considering side-by-side (only design we've ever had), however we took a leap of faith on this model due to it's reputation & specs. We're now accustomed to the bottom freezer (xlnt space) & learned how to best load it and same for the top fridge. Agree with others it's annoying one cannot open the center crisper drawer without both front doors open (they should be independent IMHO), but it's not a deal-breaker. The door shelves are rather unusual but actually are better for our specific needs (quite varied bottle sizes used). The WiFi is a bit of a gimmick, but I have used it a few times (mostly to annoy the wife & kids by texting them to stop leaving the door open so long because I'm getting alarm texts from the fridge! LOL). Temp settings are accurate, the water is dispensed nicely cold, we've figured out how to get water & ice to dispense accurately (not onto the floor), lighting is fine, noise level is acceptable. Now we just pray this fridge lasts a nice long trouble-free life. Or I'll be back here removing stars! :-\

Overall it’s a very nice refrigerator. I wish I realized that the over flow ice doesn’t automatically drop into the bin in the freezer. Making 12 lbs of ice a day, but having to pull the drawer out and dump it into freezer bin seems crazy. Also, it’s not as finger print resistant as I thought it would be. Better than my old refrigerator but it still gets some finger prints. The ice maker is leaking a tiny bit of water into a door tray into the fridge door. Nothing over the top, just wondering if it will get worse. We’ve had the fridge less than a month. But lots of room. Love the freezer space. Water and ice maker in door works great.

I had to replace my other Bosch 800 series refrigerator with a Bosch 500 series due to the water and ice dispenser not working after several attempts to fix it , however I don't think the quality is near as good as the 800 series and cannot understand why Bosch doesnt offer this higher end version anymore as I would honestly prefer my older unit because the construction was much better, This unit is nice but it just seems to be lacking a more industrial feel than my previous model.

I recently purchased the Bosch Series 500 French Door Refrigerator. It's been installed for a little over a week. Pros: This is a great looking appliance. Sleek is the word that several other folks have used. The unit cooled very quickly and began to produce ice quickly. I have other Bosch appliances and have always been happy with how quiet they operate. This unit is also extremely quiet. I was a little concerned about how much room I may be giving up by having the ice maker and water/ice dispenser in the refrigerator section. Not a problem. There is actually more interior room in this unit than the 28 cubic foot model I moved out to my garage. Plenty of room in the freezer section. I like they way it's divided which makes it easy to organize. Cons: The sides of the unit are plastic. To be honest, I think they are good looking and I probably wouldn't even mention this except it really bothers my wife. When you use the crushed ice option in the door the dispenser clogs up every time. The dispenser is easy to clear and I typically prefer cubed ice but thought I would mention in case this is a big deal for you.

Pretty happy with this fridge. Have had it since February. Looks great, it is quiet, and stores a lot of goodies. The only downside I know of is that the right side door, the one with the little flap, doesnt close as easy as the left door. I would put this more on the side of laziness though. Most folks want to just give it a little push and let the momentum carry it shut, but this one gets almost there and the little flap on the door gives just enough larching resistance to keep it from fully closing. Like I said, more of a laziness issue on our part. BUT, on the plus side, the app (if you connect to it, which I have) will send you an alert if the door is open. All in all, pretty happy.

So far we are very happy with the Bosch 500 Series. The SS is resistant to fingerprints and unit looks very substantial in the kitchen. The lighting inside the refrigerator and the freezer is good. I do like the app that notifies you if the door is not closed. It does have the warning tone, but if you are in another part of the house the app lets you know on your phone/watch.

Happy to receive the new fridge. But the energy consumption is quite high 702kwh per year compare to the specification 656kwh per year. Miss leading info.

Replaced a Samsung refrigerator that had many many issues. This refrigerator is great. Ice is fast, and comes out in whole cubes that go into my glass and not all over the kitchen floor. Temperature is accurate, the freezer is large and the interior of the refrigerator is well laid ut

Really nice fridge overall. One notion for the Bosch designers is that the passive door is the left side, rather than the right. The right side has the deeper door buckets for more common items like milk, creamer, butter, dressing - and they put the magnet on that side so - it's more pulling and clicking than it needed to be, if it had been attached on the left, less-used door. That side has shallow buckets and the ice-maker unit so it doesn't store the everyday items like the right side. That's pretty nit-picky really - cause this is a fantastic fridge and freezer. Smooth drawers and sleek features.

The refrigerator is actually great. The only criticism is about the icemaker - it’s noisy (live with it) and has a small capacity (plan for big events) but works well.

Somehow takes up less space than my old fridge and holds more stuff. Layout is nice inside. Unit is also quiet.

Bosch is excellent One of the best refrigerators at least it’s high end and the reviews are wonderful. I’m low maintenance and if you did have to purchase something it’s not gonna be really expensive we did our homework and we really really try to find the best product out there and it was either between the GE profile café this was about four grand or this model.Bosh 500 $2699.00 Plus tax I like the 800 series but it’s too small for us. It’s only time buying an appliance just do the reviews and just do the pros and cons and buying from takes a headache and everything and if you buy warranty, the geek squad warranty, you’re covered no matter what happens.

Simply put, Bosch is one of the best products out there for the money. We owned a Bosch dishwasher for years and was well worth the money. This purchase was for a “damaged unit” so around 45% off normal price. We know the damage isn’t visible so we were fine with the damage/savings. The refrigerator itself is is dynamite. Great quality, super quiet. All the features you expect and we could not be happier. In our new house we are looking forward to replacing our dishwasher with a Bosch as soon as we can. Bosch quality is worth the investment

They could have connected my stainless stell valve ( which they took a picture of) , but no they didn't touch it because the current fridge was connected to the valve with a plastic pipe. But that pipe would have been replaced bybtge stainless flex. Misinterpreted Best Buy issue connecting to a plastic main ( which this was not

So far this fridge has been great. Our strawberries really do stay good for longer it seems! The door does need to be intentionally shut as it is so light that it doesn't swing close like our last fridge. It's a beautiful fridge and so far we really like it!

Purchased Bosch because of its reputation. Mechanically old Maytag refridgerator was great, but broken door hinge could not be fixed and replacement doors no longer being made. Third Bosch appliance we have purchased and have been impressed by each. Interior layout gives us much more room than old refridgerator. Quieter too. Another step toward an all Bosch kitchen.
