Awaiting Replacement
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We love the way this oven looks, but we haven't been able to use it yet because Best Buy used a third-party installer who did not install the oven correctly, damaging our brand new expensive kitchen cabinets. We are awaiting a replacement because this oven was defective. Hopefully we will be able to have the new cabinet replaced or repaired after we receive the replacement. We have filed a claim with the installation company. I've got my fingers crossed that they will pay for the repair... (Wish me luck!)

It was good quality and I thought that the people I worked with a Best Buy were efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely buy it again!

Bought in February 2021 and within a month, it began shutting down, locking the door, and giving an error message every time I broil or try to cook at around 450. I then must shut off the circuit to the oven for 5 minutes until I can open the door and retrieve my food. Bosch has sent a technician 3 times over the last 2 months to no avail, and Best Buy won't help because they say it's under warranty with the manufacturer. Very disappointing from what should be a reputable brand and retailer.
