Purchased this microwave/convection oven to replace our smaller countertop microwave and small toaster/convection oven. Install was a little tricky because we were adding external exhaust for the first time. The template was easy-to-use, but getting the ductwork aligned with the exhaust vent on the back of the microwave in the final install took a couple of adjustments. The microwave is easy to use, and the automatic settings are handy. The beverage setting is much better than our previous microwave, reheats a cup of coffee perfectly. I was a little concerned about the convection operation based on some of the other reviews, but so far we've found the preheat time to be very good, and the baking results are excellent. We did have to buy a smaller cookie sheet. Being able to bake a batch of cookies, muffins or even a whole dish of eggplant parmesan without heating up the large oven is great for us. With the external venting, and reclaimed counter space, this microwave/convection oven is the best upgrade our kitchen could have. We couldn't be happier with the look and especially the performance of this unit. If Bosh's reputation for quality and reliability proves to be be true, we'll be happy with our kitchen for a long long time.

It came time to replace the OTR microwave and seeing we purchased a top end range it only made sense to go with a suitable microwave in looks and feature set. This Bosch OTR Microwave/Convection Oven is a great addition for the active cook that always needs more oven space. The everyday convenience of a high wattage microwave and fan with the added bonus of an extra oven when cooking up a storm for family and friends. That OTR space is best used with a dual purpose micro/oven like this and highly recommend Bosch.

I love this microwave and it looks great to. Easy to use and warms up everything quickly and evenly.

Get this microwave... Goes awesome with the rest of the 800 series. This appliance is a great upgrade.

Bought this as an open box item instead of a cheaper brand and wish we would've had it years ago. Amazing job cooking anything we've tried in it so far

I replaced a 2 year old lSamsung microwave which was horrible. The Bosch is head and shoulders above what I had!

As with many German products, this combination microwave and convection oven is strong and sturdy. I love the design too. This was an open-box product (I wouldn't have been able to afford the brand new version), but had no visible issues. Along with a gas cooktop, this was to replace a gas range in my small condo. The microwave works fine and the depth for 13" x 19" wide cookie sheet/baking pan is ideal. My biggest concern was that it could truly bake or roast and I am still experimenting with that. Although I like the rack provided (which can also be removed), I believe that in order to cook or bake something properly in this convection oven, it really needs to rotate. I read the review about the loud noise it makes while in the convection mode which is unfortunate. The vent has four settings, the highest making the most noise while the lowest being very reasonable.

We love the new microwave! It has so many great features that we needed.

I like the brand and the design. Deliver was prompt.
