I just had my Samsung refrigerator give up after only 4 1/2 years. Fortunately after a 2 month head to head with Samsung, Samsung honered the warranty, and returned enough of the original purchase price to make purchasing the Bosch possible. I settled on this Bosch for 2 reasons: 1) There is no ice maker, water dispenser in the door, a complexity that are failing on may modern refrigerators (a problem with my Samsung, too), & 2) the Bosch has two evaporators and two compressors, one for the refrigerator section and one for the freezer section. A feature unique to only Bosch and only this model.

Best refrigerator we have ever owned. So much room in every drawer.

We bought this fridge to replace a 6 year old, failing Samsung. We had this delivered from BB and it is simply gorgeous. The storage, layout, design, etc. is incredible. On the first night, I noticed the freezer condenser fan making a steady rattling noise as it ran. I told myself that maybe it just needed to get up to temp, etc. Fast forward a few weeks, and it's still doing it. So much so that if we're sitting in the kitchen at the island having a conversation, it's noticeable and annoying. It's louder than our previous fridge which was almost whisper quiet. I don't believe I have unrealistic expectations for the fan rattle/noise, yet I'm not sure what I can do at this point, and we waited for 5 months for it to arrive, and I simply can't wait that long for a replacement, so we decided to just live with it.

We just did a total kitchen remodel and this is by far my favorite appliance. I love the ice make in the bottom drawer - pyramid shaped cubes and a great scoop. Can use the entire top compartment for ice for parties! Great layout and interior organization. Looks sleek. No need to keep up with the latest handle style.

This is my first fridge after months of research. We have had this fridge for almost two months and are very pleased with our purchase so far. The lighting is excellent and the interiors are quality products. The clear shelving makes it so easy to find even the smallest liitle jar in the very back.

All is good. Everything as expected. Looks gorgeous.

I love the refrigerator. The Best Buy Experience was horrible but the actual Refrigerator is great. It took 6 delivery and pick-up attempts, a minimum of 46 hours of my time either waiting or talking on the phone but it is finally here without dents, installed and beautiful in my kitchen.

Bosch is a name steeped in tradition & quality. This refrigerator is no exception. The fit & function are unbelievable - the electronics, the interior, exterior all come together in a solid package. The electronics support any necessary need in a refrigerator & the appearance fits into any kitchen as well.

It is what we were looking for and it is working great. A minor exception on the water dispenser being inside but that is a designed opportunity. Storage is great for counter depth

I thought I would like no handles but it is too easy to smudge the refrigerator withOut the handles, The drawer that cheese etc goes in is a bit picky when you try to pull out. You must hold each side further from middle. Otherwise it is a nice refrigerator

Great fridge. It’s so quiet you can hardly hear it run. Easy to keep clean as all it takes is a wipe down with a soft dry cloth and the fingerprints disappear. My one small complaint is that the top doors are not soft close like the 2 drawers but I’m just being picky.

Love this product. Well designed and organized for storage. Ambiguous alarm display is not user-friendly and is not explained well in the on-line user manual - so far that is the only complaint.

Love this fridge. It is huge with lots of compartments!

Very quiet and a lot of space. We have had Bosch dishwasher, washer, dryer and stove (Thermador) for over 15 years. Made a mistake buying a Samsung refrigerator which had problems after 5 years.

love refrigerator ! So much space especially for counter depth. Love actually has two places for gallon size. Only problem is freezer. Freezer dept do or has not cooled properly. Technician out and went bad again two days later

Beautiful Bosch 800 great refrigerator with many unique features. We love the ice maker and cubes, works great.The middle drawer has many options depending which temperature you pick. We couldn’t be happier
