I love the 2-drawer freezer. Items don't get lost . The refrigerator is also well organized.

We returned it. It’s the only refrigerator that doesn’t have a built in water filter and the quality was not what I’d expect from Bosch.

We replaced another brand refrigerator after only four years because of constant ice maker repairs. We shopped long and hard for another one and were told by most salesmen and our own online research that the number one refrigerator repair for all brands was through-the- door ice makers. We also needed a counter depth model, not many out there. We're on our second Bosch dishwasher now and couldn't be happier with it. So, the Bosch brand and in freezer bin type ice maker sold us. Best Buy is now into the appliance business big time, we got it there and were very happy with the sales person and their delivery/installation. This really is a well designed product. We are replacing a 22 Cu ft. side by side and actually get more food in this model and more importantly, can find it. The refrigerator was delivered two months ago and our only problem so far is of course, the ice maker. The ice maker replenishment time hasn't been a problem for us as we are a couple only and the ice bin holds a lot of ice, and after no ice half of the time with our old refrigerator, the sound of ice dropping into the bin was most welcome, but the taste of the ice cubes (stale water or soapy like taste) has been. We had a Bosch repairman check and verify the problem. He replaced the inlet valve a week ago, as according to him, it is the only metal part that could be causing the taste and that was all he could do. One week later we still have the stale taste, it may not be the refrigerator, but we are using the same copper connecting tubing that our old refrigerator used, and our city water taste is fine. We are now using plastic ice cube trays and water out of the sink in the Bosch freezer to make useable ice? Another minor problem was a squeaky upper freezer drawer (yep, where the ice maker bin is located). Bosch repair recommended something called ( Food Grade Silicone spray), hard to find, try (Ace Hardware), that worked and the problem was solved. We really like this refrigerator and hope this gets resolved (Bosch, are you reading this review?) As the price of refrigerators now approach that of a good used car, we can't afford to keep buying them every few years!

Purchased this fridge back in 2019. Barely over the warranty, and something with the freezer goes haywire and starts over freezing with what looks to be ice building up on the freezer walls. I call up Bosch and even though it's out of warranty, they send a guy and he says they need to order a part. The part took over four months to get to Hawaii. Then a few months ago, a plastic part breaks off the refrigerator door and the seal is not tight anymore. We'll just live with it. Now, tonight, I see that the fridge isn't cooling anymore at all. This is the last Bosch overpriced piece of junk that I buy.

I read reviews and don't remember seeing any that mentioned that there is no water filter on the ice maker. We have a filter on our sink and were very surprised that our ice cubes tasted like chlorine! Checked with the store and, by golly, there is no filter! Sending it back and getting a Samsung

This is such a disappointment. My husband and I lost our fridge in the Harvey flood and had to get a new one. We fell in love with this one and have had it for two weeks and found out it's been leaking water. We basically have a water bed under our hardwood floors now :( so disappointed in this. No reason a brand new fridge/freezer should act like this.

Many features of the fridge are great - except for 1 major problem. Water and then ice builds under the chiller drawer, freezes the drawer in place, and ultimately leaks water out of the fridge to the floor. A Bosch rep was unwilling to comment on whether or not this was a normal/expected feature of this fridge. Despite a service call where the issue was recognized but no repairable solution was found, Bosch is not yet willing to replace the fridge. They'd like to plan additional service calls 2 weeks in the future. Entirely unwilling to budge on this plan despite significant time on the phone with them. Looking forward to my new fridge, without the 1 issue it would be great. Will update review once I have a satisfactory product. The other minor issue - the stainless color doesn't match all other Bosch stainless colors (it is different than some of their ovens and cook tops). Be aware if you are buying a whole kitchen

Buy only if you do not clean your refrigerator

I liked my new Bosch refrigerator UNTIL I spilt something in the shelve above the crisper drawers and discovered that unlike most refrigerators where the glass shelve is removable so you can clean, on the Bosch the glass is glued to the plastic frame but not well enough that liquids (eg defrosting meats0 cannot enter and get caught beneath the plastic divider on the shelve. No way to remove glass and clean. A local dealer said "bad design defect" Bosch told me they don't give advice on how to clean their products. So much for service. Had I known I would have chosen another refrigerator, no matter how well the product works and looks...sometimes dirt happens.
