New, doesn't work, and no Best Buy support!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased and waited two weeks for the "top of the line Bosch" dishwater. immediately upon installation and after the first wash cycle the E15 water tap error came on. Unfortunately this error will not allow you to shut power off. I had to go to the breaker and turn off power from there. After reaching best Buy there response was (after coming immediately to look at it) was that it needs to be returned and I have to wait two weeks. Now, I am down for two weeks without a dishwasher and there is no escalation path a customer can take to get a priority response but to wait 2 weeks! I have to wait, hopefully the next Bosch dishwasher is not a lemon like this one and then I will never buy another product from Best Buy again. They lost an Elite Plus customer because they couldn't make good on a product installation.
