worked great for about a year, heat pump broke shortly after and washer arms don't spin even after all the recommended cleaning to check for clogs. at this price dishwasher should be working much longer without issues, not getting clean dishes from expensive washer is no right

I thought I had a great dishwasher until I recently replaced my (top of the line) Kitchen Aide with this Bosch 800 Series with adjustable racks! Seriously, my dishes have never been this clean. I used to lament loading wine glasses in with regular glasses, because they would always come out semi-clean with little bits of food up inside of them - with this dishwasher, regardless of what I load them with - they come out sparkling every time. I used to consistently have at least 2-3 dishes in my old washer that would have stuck on food - so far, after several weeks of washing daily - not one dirty dish to rewash. I....AM...IN...LOVE! A few things: The tippy top rack is amazing - and can hold small bowls, deep soup ladles, large tongs (think giant bar-b-q tongs), heat sensitive lids to tupperware and so many other odds and ends - and - even with a full load - cleans them well! Unlike many of the other brands, the 3rd top rack is deeper and has different levels, so you can fit so much more up there - and instead of just being a fancy silverware holder, it actually has a very important function for cleaning. - It does take some getting used to the drying process - but I have not noticed a problem at all, and I think with a bit more adjusting (amount of rinse aide, etc.) I will likely find the perfect setting soon. (I've only had mine for a few weeks). 39db - you don't even notice when it's running - in fact, Bosch has installed a small red light that shines on the floor beneath the door just so you can tell that it's running! If the light is flashing - it's in standby mode - if it's constantly on - you're good to go. One issue that I've noticed - and maybe I'm just doing something wrong - it appears that once the dishwasher is done, and you've unloaded your dishes - you need to turn it "OFF" - or it might start up in Auto mode. Maybe it was a user error on my part and I accidentally hit start - but I've just been hitting "off" when I'm finished just to be sure. This model seems to be the only one that had adjustable tines on the bottom rack. I love this! I have no problem using all three racks with tall glasses, large pasta plates/bowls, large dinner plates, etc. Plus - you can adjust one side of the middle rack to be taller than the other so it sits askew if you have things like baking sheets on one side and tall glasses on the other. I did remove the small shelves in the middle rack - I found that I can fit more glasses this way. Overall - I'm giving this a 5 star review. I've ready many reviews that complain about wet dishes, etc - but I just haven't had that problem - I read the manual from front to back and am using FINISH in it every day - just like they suggested.

This dishwasher doesn’t completely clean dishes unless you rinse your dishes really good, I tried all the setting and nothing worked unless it’s 100% rinsed. I am not sure if it’s cause it’s an open box or if it’s just this particular dish washer.

This is an excellent dishwasher the only gripe is the price!

This Bosch is so quiet, but I think the trade off is that it takes longer to wash and dry. Especially the drying part. It doesn't get completely dry until the next day. But overall pleased with its performance and operation.
