Have only had the unit for a couple weeks, but cleans dishes well, has great capacity for dishes, and the dishes come out dry. Would certainly buy again.

This unit does a real good job cleaning and drying. It is really quite. Being new, cannot say anything about longevity yet but very happy with it so far.

Tentative rating. Have run only about 25 times with varying amount of dishes and soil level. Self-install was easy (replaced a dishwasher that already had under sink connections). I did have to install a duplex outlet with switch for food disposer and plug for dishwasher. Previous dishwasher was "hard wired."

Out of all of the dishwashers that we’ve had, The Bosch was absolutely THE BEST. You cannot hear it running, you can simply tell by the red light it shines on the floor when it isn’t running. It was worth EVERY PENNY we spent on it.

Super quiet dishwasher. You can't even tell it is on. It looks super sleek and clean. Love the racks and the one that adjusts. You put a lot of different items. Great you can stand wine glasses. We have had no problems and Best Buy install was so fast and clean. Highly recommend.

Buying a dishwasher that was quiet was important. This dishwasher is extremely quiet. The dishes come out clean. Nice upgrade from my last one

I waited until Crystal Dry had been on the marker for a while before this purchase to potentially have Bosch get the glitches ironed out. Unfortunately, while it is super quiet and does a good job cleaning my dishes, the drying is just not there for plastic ware. For a rather expensive dishwasher, I thought the 800 model with Crystal Dry would meet my every expectation. I'm very disappointed!

The best part of this dishwasher purchased from pacific appliances/best buy was the installation. The technician was excellent, professional and efficient. Answers all the questions and thoroughly tested the machine b4 departure. This alone made for a positive experience...and it’s a terrific dishwasher-quiet and functional

Very quiet and gets the dishes clean. The silverware rack for the 3rd tier isn’t very useful so we use the handled carrier instead.

This dishwasher is extremely quiet and cleans so well I almost forgot what it was like to have a dishwasher work so well.

Has been just over 6 weeks 6/1/20 so not a long term report but the first impression is good. This unit replaced a water wall Samsung unit that was garbage from install. Although lacking a heater to dry dishes tyr functional design and cleaning additives make this a non-issue. The unit seems to clean dishes well and we have had no failures in the units operation. Although not a reflection of the unit we were delayed a long time in getting it installed but the guys were very professional completing the work at install efficiently left no mess at all.

Excellent dishwasher, we’ve been through a lot of them and this one dries even plastic plates and cups . Also very quiet .

We had to replace a very old dishwasher which broke down with the new Bosch. It’s so quiet that we hardly know it’s running until we actually pay close attention or watch the red light projected on the floor. Wash quality is very good. There is an indicator that lets you know if the rinse aid needs to be refilled. Drying can be better but it’s okay since it uses crystalDry technology unlike others that use heat to dry.

Dishes come out clean and dry! Also this is the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned. A bit pricey but seem to be excellent quality.
