We replaced a similar level Kitchen Aid with this Bosch. The KA only lasted 5 years and had water leaks, a motor failure, and rack slide failures. We were done! This Bosh is quietest washer we have ever had. Build quality and fit/finish is very good. Washing performance is excellent and drying is very good, even with plastics. Only true disappointment is the odd layout of the racks and difficulty found when loading it. The 3rd rack is kind of a waste and makes the space tight when loading the 2nd rack. Our 3rd rack in now permanently removed.

Bosch makes the best dishwashers. Super quiet and dishes always are sparkling clean. The third rack is perfect for utensils and small items. Traditional silverware baskets make loading a breeze.

This is an amazingly quiet dishwasher. Waited to get this version with the 3rd rack and it's GREAT... UNLESS you have a lot of tall party/travel style cups in which case the 3rd row can cause you some capacity problems as you'll have to put them at the bottom since they won't fit in the middle row. Otherwise, I have absolutely nothing but GREAT things to say about this unit. The one thing that can be annoying about the top controls is making sure people understand how they work so that the dishwasher is off when people think that it is, and that they resume a wash as opposed to just closing the door.

First the installation was easy. No having to hook up anything underneath the unit, it is all in the back. Leveling the front and back of the unit is made easy. The 40 db unit is very quiet and the running light is required. The dishes are clean as expected and dry. The drying technology is impressive and with no heating element the plastic items will not melt on the bottom rack or if they fall into the tub. Very happy with the purchase.

This dishwasher is really well insulated, and is extremely quiet when operating. The racks are well engineered for placement of various types of dishes and implements, roll out/in easily, and seem sturdy. The crystal clean cycle really does dry the dishes properly. We had a Bosch dishwasher in our other house that was about three years old. Is soon as and with you she’s OK you need to respond horribly. That was a common complaint in online reviews about that model Bosch dishwasher. This model was redesigned and there is no odor present inside at any point during the periods before running a wash cycle. It’s a pricy dishwasher, but is worth the extra cost one initially pays.

First of all, installation was very easy and definitely advise getting the kit when you buy one it will save a couple of trips to the hardware store. The interior of the dishwasher is laid out very user-friendly and some nice side rack options. I have owned this brand before and without a doubt will buy again if i move again that is. It gets the job done once! The crystal dry feature works as advertised!

This unit was purchased after our 17 year old Bosch dishwasher stopped working. We wash dishes at least two times per day with a family of 7. Our previous one was quiet, but this one is even quieter! I had to place my ear near the front door to see if I could hear anything after we started it for the first time. The red light on the floor is there for a reason....near silence. The only noise is the water going down the drain!. As for performance, we love the interior size and the 3rd shelf. Seriously, you can get a whole lot more dishes, pots and pans in this one that what we could get in the old one. I highly recommend this model.

A lot different then my old kenmore which was quiet but not like this one. Cleans well has 3 racks still learning wear to put all my dishes.

Replaces a Kenmore Elite that broke 3 times in 5 years and the wheels on the trays fell off. Junk! This is hopefully a better quality machine, it seems to be. The old one cleaned well and do does this one. The old one dried great, this one is also very good (but not great). So why 5 stars? It is quiet, well made, and included the hose and install items you have to buy separate with the other ones. It’s been fantastic so far.

Love this dishwasher. So, so, so very quiet and does a great job cleaning. What I also love is how knowledgeable the staff was in explaining all the dishwasher options. They even made calls and got me an earlier appointment then what the system would give since our current dishwasher was dead. And a special shoutout to Steve who came out to install the dishwasher. What a great guy! So nice, friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a list of items we wanted: External Handle, third rack, fold-able rack tines, adjustable rack height, stainless in and out. We expected a machine quieter than the Bosch it was replacing, and all of the above were true. The high rating all Bosch dishwashers get from Consumer Reports in both reliability and performance was a big component of the decision. We are very happy with the dishwasher thus far.

Cleans very well. Super quiet. You have 4 seconds after pushing start to close the door. 3rd rack comes in handy.

At this price point, my expectations were very high. The Bosch 800 Series exceeds my expectations. We bought the dishwasher right after Thanksgiving. It is super quiet; we can barely hear it. This makes watching a movie a pleasant experience while the dishes are being cleaned. It cleans very well and we no longer have to prewash our dishes. I must admit we are still figuring out how to reliably dry plastic leftover containers without some water puddling. Other than that, we are very satisfied so far.

This dishwasher is very quiet, it also has a lot of room, and love the third rack. It is also very efficient, and saves energy.

Have been using it for about a month and so far very happy with the dishwasher. Took some time to adjust loading with the top third rack, especially placing tall glasses. Dishes come out sparkling clean and we like the sturdiness of the racks. As many have pointed out, this is a very quiet dishwasher and we have to look at the light on the floor to know it is working.

The Bosch 800 series is a great dishwasher. It has a convenient third rack that can hold odd sized utensils or shallow bowls that don't fit well in the tines. Also the tines are variable, so you can configure the dishwasher to your specific needs for any given wash. the self contained leak-proof tub is great and it is super quiet

Amazing dishwasher! Whisper quiet and everything is dry, even plastics. My only negative is that there is not a lot of space on the second rack for taller glasses ( pint size ) or wine glasses the center of the rack does not leave any space, so you can only use the second row perimeter.

Love the third rack. Does not dry well. I have to rest the computer often. Still getting used to setting cycles., and knowing what is going on. Too soon to tell about the machine. I do like to see the from a closed door, where I am in a cycle, how much time left, and if I restart, if it does. The cycle is very long. Also it is made to work with a rinse aid, I do not like that.

Ever since we bought our house five years ago, I've wanted to replace the dishwasher. It was brand new and still did not clean dishes. It was one of those where you had to wash the dishes in order to wash the dishes. That is a problem NO MORE, and I wonder what took me so long to make this purchase. It's quiet. It cleans. I can be loaded with a LOT of dishes and still clean. I am VERY happy.
