Very good. Would be Great if it was as quiet as our last Bosch and the racks allowed for more variety. But we still like it as is.

I have had a Bosch in a previous home so when the Kitchen Aid that came with the house purchase quit I knew I wanted a Bosch

This dishwasher does clean the dishes well however it does tarnish our silverware because it gets very hot. If we don't use the extra dry setting the dishes come out wet. It doesn't have Air Dry.
Also, we found it very difficult to connect to the app. The Greek Squad had to do it for us.

This dishwasher is great. Quiet and looks great. Cleans dishes superbly. I had an old dishwasher so had to get used to the silverware drawer but now I like it. I like that they have finally figured out to put a red light on the floor when the dishwasher is running so you don't open it mid-cycle. I wished when it was done there was a green light so you knew the dishes in there were clean and it was ready to unload. (It just turns the red light off) The buttons to start it make it hard to tell if you have hit them and started the cycle. Basically you hit the on button and the display comes on. Then you hit the start button and the display stays on. It seems to work, but not really the best feedback on whether the button has been pressed. Also, even with rinse agent and running their special dry cycle, the dishes are not always fully dry. Not sure why that happens.

The unit is very quiet. That is about all the good I can say about this unit. Returned and replaced with a Kitchen Aid. Haven’t looked back. No regrets.

Defective Product and Poor Customer Support

Within 4 months of ownership, the detergent dispenser has broken twice. The repair is under warranty but the issue is the consistent mechanical defect. I called Best Buy to begin the process of a replacement dishwasher. Their customer service department was extremely unhelpful, stating the return period had passed. I would expect to speak to somebody with the autonomy to make the necessary adjustments to that policy to ensure customer satisfaction. At this point, the dishwasher needs to be returned and replaced with another dishwasher. We have had good luck with Bosch in the past but this experience has changed my mind about Bosch and Best Buy.

For the price it’s not worth it. It’s quiet… but it doesn’t clean as it should. Plus the inside is so cheap! The racks are so light. I had expected so much more. Hoping it last Atleast 7 years.

This might be a great dishwasher. It was not installed by Best Buy, some company they contract with. They put it in, handed me the manual & left. I paid for the feature that allows me to access it from my phone, The sales person said the installers would show me how to get the app. I’m sure this is fine for some people, but I’m 80.
