We replaced our dishwasher in 2018 with a Bosch 300 series. A nice investment. It was very quiet and efficient. It only lasted 5 years. So after attempting to have it repaired, we decided to invest in a new model. Bosch was not a top 3 replacement choice. After speaking extensively with the Best Buy home appliance staff, and reviewing online reviews, Bosch became our top choice again. We purchased a Bosch 800 series model. We are very satisfied with the performance. It is even quieter than our previous 300 series model. The only real disappointment is the small utensil basket. Our 300 series model had a basket twice the size of the 800 series model. For the price point this model represents, the utensil basket should have been much larger.

Excellent reliable washer. Very quiet. Absolutly no problem cleaning or drying unless water puddles in a right side up cup. Nice stainless steel construction. No problem with heat. Bosch Home Connect/wifi, floor time light are some of the features that have been more useful than expected. Considering Bosch for all future appliance needs.

The dishwasher is nice and quiet and works well, however the touch buttons are sensitive, not a fan, but they work. Also, a silly thing, if you press the wrong wash cycle and start the process, you CANNOT change it, even if you shut the power off, it HAS TO finish that (wrong) wash cycle, even if you didn't actually let the unit start. I also don't like the 3rd/top shelf, we found out the hard way after several months of owning it, that its height doesn't allow you to wash wine glasses, they are too tall. Funny thing is it has special brackets to hold wine glasses... that don't fit! LOL! Seriously, how did they miss that in testing. Cleans my dishes well, and very quiet!

The BEST dishwasher I’ve ever had. We upgraded from a GE and man was it an upgrade! It’s so quiet you can barely tell it’s on. It’s faster, and cleans and dries so much better! The very top rack (lay them sideways) is where we put silverware and we took out silverware basket. This has enabled us to maximize space and it holds sooooo much more than any other dishwasher I’ve ever had. I’m thinking of upgrading other appliances to Bosch now bc of how much I like this appliance.

Wow. I had no idea how badly my old Kitchenaid dishwasher was preforming until I started using our new Bosch dishwasher. Yes, this is incredibly quiet and you do actually need the light shining on the floor to know if it is running, but that is secondary to how amazingly clean the dishes are now. No more cloudy glassware! And the drying is fantastic. If you load things on an angle, everything will be dry. If you load them flat, things like Tupperware will still have pools on it, but loaded at an angle so the water does not pool, they will all be dry as can be. I cannot recommend this enough.

This is our second BOSCH 800 Series Dishwasher. Love it that its so silent when doing its work. It has red light indicator to show its on and working otherwise you will never know its running. Dishes comes clean and shiny don't forget the rinse agent. Do Install the app on your smart phone and follow instruction to keep it going. You will love this little machine.

Easy to load and easier to empty. We're delighted with how delightful this quiet machine is.

So far, so good! I've ran a few loads and this thing is super quiet. I never thought I'd use the app that came with it. They did a decent job with it. Multiple settings and even easier to start than using the actual menu on the product itself. Drying is not perfect, but it is better than my previous Bosch...so they clearly made improvements. Everything is coming out super clean and mostly dry! This thing is quiet! Super quiet. Would recommend!

So quiet you can't hear it running. Very easy to use and cleans well. The built in Wi-fi is a nice feature and the app is very convenient. So far very pleased with this purchase. Time will tell how durable and reliable it will be.

Our goal was to buy a great dishwasher and if we had to pay more, so be it. The Bosch 800 series is touted as a top tier machine. It definitely cleans and dries dishes well and is exceptionally QUIET. We were very pleased with the purchase for about two weeks and then the soap dispenser stopped working properly. It would not open up to dispense the detergent on the short cycle mode and a few times on the normal cycle. No doubt a glitch but for the price tag - not acceptable. So, we exchanged it for a Kitchen Aid and so far it’s working well.

You know that feeling when you put off getting new glasses, thinking you're fine, then you finally get new ones and think "how was I seeing at all with my old glasses"? This is the dishwasher equivalent of that. The extra money towards this 800 series is worth it. The Crystal Dry feature is awesome. Everything comes out spotless, clean, and dry. And you can barely hear it. Highly recommend.

This dish washer is really silent and does and excellent job cleaning. We are very pleased with it!

Quiet and feels high quality. Cleans dishes perfectly but drying is only average

This Bosch 800 has many desirable features ( is almost silent, red light displayed on floor when running, cleans dishes well),,,but it does not dry well as expected, especially on the one hour cycle and the small silverware basket is inadequate (even with the 3rd row rack...which NEVER gets dried). I don't understand why at this price and lower, we cant have a more powerful heating element, instead of adding drying minerals and/or drying rinse aids to the water, which can leave a film on the dishes. The customer service at Best Buy has been exceptional but the dish washer industry seems less concerned with customer satisfaction.

This is a great dishwasher and works well. however, be prepared that you will need to purchase a clean/dirty indicator telling you they are clean. this is a big downside to these Bosch dishwashers, but they can't be beat with performance and a quiet wash. they do have a red indicator light that shows on the floor when it's working, and it doesn't show up when it's done, but that is not enough to show your family if you washed it at night and NOT to put their peanut butter knives in the clean dishwasher! lol, just get the magnetized slide with no circular stickies, and read the reviews. We love our indicator even though it should be an automatic thing. are you listening Bosch?

I recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. It’s extremely quiet, the cleaning quality is excellent, and the controls are intuitive and easy to use. This dishwasher has made kitchen cleanup so much easier and more efficient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality appliance.

Best dishwasher for the money. The dishwasher is very quiet and dishes come clean and try. The only issue I am having is with Home Connect as regardless of what I do, I keep losing connection. I am still working with bosch to find a solution.

It’s my second Bosch, and they’re well worth the high price. So quiet you need the pilot light to tell when it’s running. So smart it sends a notification when it’s low on rinse agent (which is a good thing because one minor quibble is that it needs rinse aid to dry effectively.) it cleans very well. Recommended and would buy again.

This dish washer is one of the best dishwashers you can buy!!!! From one of the BEST BRANDS out there!!! The only other models and brands that are better are 2x-3x the price of this Brand and model…I highly RECOMMEND this great model and brand!!! This dishwasher cleans dishes WAAAAY BETTER than any dishwasher I ever used…and it’s soooooooooooo quiet!!! I’m glad that it has an led light that lights up the floor under the front door when it’s running so you know it’s on…
