Very quiet.You can't even hear it working/washing. Very satisfied with rhis choice.

I don’t love the Bosch 800 series like I hoped I would. After the first load, we didn’t open the door right away, and the some of our dishes and glasses had areas of what appeared to be black mold. The moisture in the DW while the door was shut evidently caused this. Not good at all. It is a bother to have to prop the door open after each load to avoid moldy dishes. And I got the handle so I could hang a towel…It does not look good w/the door always propped open. PLUS, the tynes are angled so the way you have to put the dishes & cups angled so water runs off them. But this is an awkward & quite different way to load. It doesn’t seem to allow loading nearly as many dishes, etc., as I normally wash at one time. One also needs to actually watch a video on HOW TO LOAD the BOSCH just to load it correctly. And the top (3rd) rack doesn’t clean quite as well as I had hoped. For the price, I would think these features would work seamlessly.

Super Quiet. Much quieter than the Model 300. Even more important it actually dries the dishes using an advanced drying system, unlike some models. I would buy it again.

Already had to have a service call. 3 weeks. Its quite...but the quality is lacking. Dont expect this from Bosch products...my 3 Bosch diswasher.

I do not recommend this dishwasher! I had the dishwasher for less than two months when it suddenly stopped working mid-cycle. Bosch technicians are only available during week days from 8-5. So scheduling an appointment was inconvenient. The technician assumed Best Buy hadn't installed the dishwasher properly and was expecting an easy fix. If that had been the issue, she would have "had to" charge me, because Bosch technicians "do not do installations." But in fact, there was a mechanical problem; something wrong with the machine itself. The technician didn't have all of the parts needed to fix the issue, which meant having to schedule another appointment. And even though she was going to be at a training the following week, Bosch refused to assign another technician or give me the approval code to have one of their "partner technicians" fix the dishwasher. So I had to wait another two weeks before the Bosch technician could return. After switching out the three electronic components of the dishwasher for absolutely new parts, the dishwasher still would not turn on. The technician explained that Bosch has recently added a third electronic component to their latest dishwasher, and this is the part that is malfunctioning. She said the issue I am having with my dishwasher is NOT the first time she has seen this. Now I am waiting to hear back from Bosch about replacing my dishwasher.

Still learning how to use the dishwasher. Not sure where to pt the liquid detergent.

While the washing cycles are good, the door is flimsy. In addition the cycle "on" light is not projecting correctly. Had repairman try to fix it, but it's still not right. Poor CS from Bosch. Poor BBB rating as well.

The dishwasher has broken door on arrival. The Best Buy installer made pictures and requested replacement

I heard much about the quality of Bosch dishwashers but never bought one until I purchased this one. This is a cut above every other dishwasher I bought in the past. It is excellent in every way--washing and drying, the sound level, the light indicators for when it is in use, not to mention the upper third rack! I am sorry I waited this long to buy from Bosch!

As a long time Bosch dishwasher owner I was excited to purchase an 800 series when we moved into our new home. Unfortunately the excitement waned quickly. In my opinion it isn’t as user friendly as my older model. It seems that all manufacturers would rather you use an app to control their products than just pushing a button. The control is clumsy and over sensitive. Difficult to switch modes, unnecessary complicated. The other issue I have is that the inside of the washer never completely dries. It’s always wet. The old model was completely dry when the cycle ended. It can’t be good that it’s always wet. It does clean the dishes well and the third rack is a nice feature. It comes with a conventional flatware basket but there’s no designated place for it. Overall I wouldn’t recommend.

Washer is quiet and cleans well. It’s spacious and can fit a lot in it. My only complaint is the control board. Mine at least is very hard to switch between modes. Often I have to keep turning the unit on/off before it finally lets me change modes. I don’t know if that’s just me or not but it’s incredibly annoying. Other than that it’s an A+ dishwasher.

Love this dishwasher! Does a phenomenal job on the auto cycle without adding optional sanitize or crystal dry power. So quiet, I’m glad for the red light floor projection so I know it’s running. I love the third, top rack I didn’t know I needed! The WiFi enabled program sends a message when the cycle is complete. Highly recommend!

It has been more than a year since we bought this dishwasher. So I feel comfortable to write this review. This is our first BOSCH. It is an excellent dishwasher. Really very quite. It has big capacity and because the shelves are adjustable, you can put in some tall vessels inside it as well. I absolutely love the tray for cutlery. The dishwashers cleans very well. I normally rinse an item gently and put it in. Unless you have some hard food sticking in a dish real good, the dishwasher will clean it. The stains in tea cups also come off nicely, unless, the stain has been sitting there for a while. I run it in Automatic setting and it runs for nearly two hours. I am not sure if that can be changed...perhaps it is written in the manual that I have not read. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase so far.

It's a decent dishwasher. The 3rd rack is a cool idea, but could have been done better than what this unit has. It does a pretty good job of cleaning the dishes, but some of our past dishwashers have done better. The dry cycle isn't great - it generally leaves quite a bit of water on things. Very quiet operation; depending what dishes are in it you can barely tell it's running. Our biggest complaint would be that the "running" indicator light turns off at the end of the cycle, and after that there's no lights or anything to tell you whether the stuff inside is clean or dirty.

Had a top model Samsung dishwasher that failed after two years and I had to repair multiple times. Been researching Bosch for years, relying on consumer reports rating this as the top model. On my Samsung, the racks rotted away and stopped working again after 5 years and I finally pulled the trigger and bought the Bosch 800. Drying is excellent, it is near silent, and best of all, it works. Only had it a month but I'm very satisfied so far. If I put a peanut butter covered knife on the top third rack in my Samsung, it wouldn't be able to clean it but on the Bosch, it comes out immaculate.

First off, we love Bosch! We had a 500 series that lasted for 10 years, and would probably had gone more if our main pressure regulator hadn't given out. This unit is even more quiet than the last! It does a beautiful job on the dishes. The fingerprint proof surface is exceptional! What we don't like: -No physical "Half Load" mode. You have to connect to an app in order to access that mode. -Interior is much tighter, and not as many dishes can be loaded.

Does a great job although it has smaller capacity than our previous Bosch dishwaher. Very quiet. The touch controls are confusing and flimsy . Almost too sensitiveto the touch. Hindsight I would have preferred buttons. Love the third rack

This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned! It is so quiet that I don't know it's on! I love it!

This is a great dishwasher. What I love about this dishwasher is how quiet it is. I can run this thing and you can't even hear it running. The one I had before sounded like a jet airplane taking off. On the downside is the price, for $1,400 gets you ultra quiet dishwashers like this, but for the $600 price range you can still get a really nice dishwasher that is quite. On the other hand I bought this dishwasher specifically for the Crystal Dry feature, which is really cool technology and really does dry the dishes really well, so I can't complain about that. The other selling point for me was how the dishwasher has a tub underneath in case of any leaks, so that is a great benefit and what really sold me on this dishwasher since I know it won't cause water damage in my kitchen. So I look at the additional cost as an insurance policy that prevents waster damage. Not to mention it cleans dishes REALLY well. One thing that is not so great is the "smart" features. You have to download the app to use the Delay Start feature (which is not really needed anyway since it is so quiet) but the app REALLY does not work that well. I am work in I.T. as a cyber security engineer and I couldn't get the dishwasher added to the phone. For $1,400 I would expect a better working app, especially since some of the controls can ONLY be done through the app. However, I expect this to improve over time as the software engineering team at Bosch gets a User Story created to work out the bugs. Overall great dishwasher and gets a 5 star in my book.
