Already had to have a service call. 3 weeks. Its quite...but the quality is lacking. Dont expect this from Bosch products...my 3 Bosch diswasher.

I do not recommend this dishwasher! I had the dishwasher for less than two months when it suddenly stopped working mid-cycle. Bosch technicians are only available during week days from 8-5. So scheduling an appointment was inconvenient. The technician assumed Best Buy hadn't installed the dishwasher properly and was expecting an easy fix. If that had been the issue, she would have "had to" charge me, because Bosch technicians "do not do installations." But in fact, there was a mechanical problem; something wrong with the machine itself. The technician didn't have all of the parts needed to fix the issue, which meant having to schedule another appointment. And even though she was going to be at a training the following week, Bosch refused to assign another technician or give me the approval code to have one of their "partner technicians" fix the dishwasher. So I had to wait another two weeks before the Bosch technician could return. After switching out the three electronic components of the dishwasher for absolutely new parts, the dishwasher still would not turn on. The technician explained that Bosch has recently added a third electronic component to their latest dishwasher, and this is the part that is malfunctioning. She said the issue I am having with my dishwasher is NOT the first time she has seen this. Now I am waiting to hear back from Bosch about replacing my dishwasher.

Still learning how to use the dishwasher. Not sure where to pt the liquid detergent.

While the washing cycles are good, the door is flimsy. In addition the cycle "on" light is not projecting correctly. Had repairman try to fix it, but it's still not right. Poor CS from Bosch. Poor BBB rating as well.

It has been more than a year since we bought this dishwasher. So I feel comfortable to write this review. This is our first BOSCH. It is an excellent dishwasher. Really very quite. It has big capacity and because the shelves are adjustable, you can put in some tall vessels inside it as well. I absolutely love the tray for cutlery. The dishwashers cleans very well. I normally rinse an item gently and put it in. Unless you have some hard food sticking in a dish real good, the dishwasher will clean it. The stains in tea cups also come off nicely, unless, the stain has been sitting there for a while. I run it in Automatic setting and it runs for nearly two hours. I am not sure if that can be changed...perhaps it is written in the manual that I have not read. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase so far.

It's a decent dishwasher. The 3rd rack is a cool idea, but could have been done better than what this unit has. It does a pretty good job of cleaning the dishes, but some of our past dishwashers have done better. The dry cycle isn't great - it generally leaves quite a bit of water on things. Very quiet operation; depending what dishes are in it you can barely tell it's running. Our biggest complaint would be that the "running" indicator light turns off at the end of the cycle, and after that there's no lights or anything to tell you whether the stuff inside is clean or dirty.

First off, we love Bosch! We had a 500 series that lasted for 10 years, and would probably had gone more if our main pressure regulator hadn't given out. This unit is even more quiet than the last! It does a beautiful job on the dishes. The fingerprint proof surface is exceptional! What we don't like: -No physical "Half Load" mode. You have to connect to an app in order to access that mode. -Interior is much tighter, and not as many dishes can be loaded.

Does a great job although it has smaller capacity than our previous Bosch dishwaher. Very quiet. The touch controls are confusing and flimsy . Almost too sensitiveto the touch. Hindsight I would have preferred buttons. Love the third rack

Installation took about one hour and installers were very professional and knew what they were doing. The dishwasher itself was advertised as quiet and it lives up to that. Only way I can tell if it’s still running is the red light on the bottom right. It is also advertised as working well on stuck on food. It has also worked very well there too the satisfaction of the real critic of the last dishwasher. The third row flatware rack is a nice feature.

This is an incredible dishwasher in terms of cleaning power, efficiency, and build quality. I was disappointed when our 11 year old Bosch dishwasher broke down. However, this new machine has made me realize that the old one was ready to go. Just like our previous one, this runs very quietly and sometimes I need to look for the red light on the floor to see if it's on. Unlike our previous one, this machine is Internet connected which provides a great deal of information about water and electrical. The app also helps us pick the correct cycle with the "smart start" feature, and provides an alert when the cycle finishes. This machine allows for 4 zones to be identified on the bottom rack for light, regular or heavy cleaning which is useful for cleaning stuck on food like oatmeal. The only downside is I can't figure out how to run the "half load" from the physical buttons on the machine, but I can choose it on the app so that's ok.

This is a great dishwasher. What I love about this dishwasher is how quiet it is. I can run this thing and you can't even hear it running. The one I had before sounded like a jet airplane taking off. On the downside is the price, for $1,400 gets you ultra quiet dishwashers like this, but for the $600 price range you can still get a really nice dishwasher that is quite. On the other hand I bought this dishwasher specifically for the Crystal Dry feature, which is really cool technology and really does dry the dishes really well, so I can't complain about that. The other selling point for me was how the dishwasher has a tub underneath in case of any leaks, so that is a great benefit and what really sold me on this dishwasher since I know it won't cause water damage in my kitchen. So I look at the additional cost as an insurance policy that prevents waster damage. Not to mention it cleans dishes REALLY well. One thing that is not so great is the "smart" features. You have to download the app to use the Delay Start feature (which is not really needed anyway since it is so quiet) but the app REALLY does not work that well. I am work in I.T. as a cyber security engineer and I couldn't get the dishwasher added to the phone. For $1,400 I would expect a better working app, especially since some of the controls can ONLY be done through the app. However, I expect this to improve over time as the software engineering team at Bosch gets a User Story created to work out the bugs. Overall great dishwasher and gets a 5 star in my book.

The dishwasher does an excellent job washing and the crystal drying is exactly what was needed - a drying that ensures everything is dry, especially plastic containers. It is extremely quiet. The only negative is with the top controls you can’t tell if the cycle is complete.

So far, we really like our new dishwasher. It's very quiet and it does an excellent job of cleaning our dishes. I have mixed feelings about the lowest rack. I don't mind having the silverware and utensils on the very top, but by not using the basket that comes with the dishwasher for the silverware, we're left with a big, awkward space in the bottom rack. If we use the basket, we're left with a very top rack that doesn't hold much because it's very shallow. I don't want to take off a full star for that, but it's definitely a design flaw that Bosch should consider in future models.

I have previously looked at dishwashers and shied away from Bosch due to the price. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is very true in this case. The dishwasher gets my dishes so much cleaner than my old dishwasher, and it's whisper quiet. It's so quiet the include a red indicator light to show when it is running, otherwise you would never know. The dishwasher was easy to pair with the Bosch app. Now I can change cycle settings and start my dishwasher through the app if I like. It can even be paired with Amazon Alexa or Google! Best Buy was offering a deal that included free delivery and free installation. Once you factor in the different payment and financing options offered, I couldn't turn down the offer.

We purchased this dishwasher in August 2023. Since the first day, the dishwasher has emitted a burning odor that occurs at approximately the same point in each use/cycle. The odor persists even a t the end of the cycle, when the door is opened and dishes are unloaded. We had a Bosch certified repair tech come and check out the machine; they could not find any problems with the machine, and he “reassured” us that the dishwasher would not catch on fire. Also, the dishwasher consistently leaves food particles and rusty marks on knives. Supposedly you can load the dishwasher without pre-rinsing; but we have to examine every knife as we unload and either hand wash or clean with steel wool to remove the rust stains. The machine otherwise cleans and dries well and is quiet during operation. However, never again will I buy a Bosch dishwasher

Our 40 year old dishwasher died so we travelled to Best Buy to get another. We are Total members, so it's worth it to us for the added warranty we get through the Total program to purchase through Best Buy. Dishwasher does a good job cleaning. You have the option to control the power of the wash by zones, which is cool if you have pots and pans to wash. The racks that hold the items are all slanted, which sometimes makes it difficult to load the dishwasher with items that do not fit into those rack spaces like mixing bowls or larger storage containers. This dishwasher is very quiet. They have an LED light that shines on the floor to let you know the dishwasher is working. Unless water is draining out into the sink drain, I would have no idea it was even running. The one big negative is the drying capabilities. If you run the normal program, the dishwasher doesn't use heat to dry. The inside of the dishwasher is stainless, and it cools off quicker than the dishes so the condensate forms on the side walls and runs down to drain out. This is okay for anything not plastic, but in our experience anything on the 3rd row is completely wet when the cycle ends (about 2.5 hrs), and anything plastic is still wet. We've tried everything we can, including selecting "Sanitize" function, but I would still say it's not great. It's tough to wait 2.5 hours and still have to dry some of the items you're taking out. If the lack of drying doesn't bother you I would recommend getting the Bosch. Otherwise, I would lean towards Kitchenaid.

I like my new Bosch dishwasher. This Bosch dishwasher is a work horse. My dishes come out cleaner and drier. About one-half of the tines in the lower racks are slanted. These slanted tines allow the water to roll off. With less water left on the dishes, they dry more completely. The racks can be easily customized to accommodate larger items. The third rack at the top of the dishwasher can hold knives, forks, and spoons. All of the cutlery in the third rack comes out sparkling clean. The stainless-steel tub is left shiny and clean after all the dishes have been washed. It is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. I am glad that I purchased this dishwasher, and I am completely satisfied with my new Bosch Dishwasher.

Excellent reliable washer. Very quiet. Absolutly no problem cleaning or drying unless water puddles in a right side up cup. Nice stainless steel construction. No problem with heat. Bosch Home Connect/wifi, floor time light are some of the features that have been more useful than expected. Considering Bosch for all future appliance needs.

Bought this to replace a 5 year old GE that died. My old washer was ok, but it is very noticeable how much better the Bosch 800 is. First it is very quiet, can barely hear it running standing next to it. The dishes come out are very clean, the racking options are nice as I am able to fit a wide variety of dishware all at one. The power control spray arm is not a gimmick and is very useful. It is nice being able to put heavily soiled pots and pans in one or more of the 4 zone, dishes in any other zone, and customize each of the 4 zones to more aggressively wash the bakeware but be gentle on regular dishes all in the same load. Also since there is no exposed heating element on the bottom, dishwasher safe plastics can go on any rack without getting melted. The crystal dry I would say works very well but is not perfect. My only concern is the door latch, I am not sure how long that will hold up over time, but since it is a latch hopefully it is simple replacement if needed in the future. Overall had this dishwasher for about 2 months and very pleased with its performance. It seems like I can load more dishes, including a wider variety of pans and bakeware, into a single cycle than my old dishwasher and everything comes out very clean.
